RE: Here we go. Been waiting. This will pop.22 Apr 2021 21:59
A large sell for 427601 shares went through this afternoon. VSA Capital Private Investments PLC had 827,061 shares. Is this just a coincidence that the last 5 digits match up. Have they been our Seller and are out? Let's see.
Is worth a watch from only 5 weeks ago. Some quotes from that interview:
We have increased the plant capacity by 30% We are heading towards a long term continuous run Comfortable that the upgrade works are successful The feed study will be completed at the end of feb. We will use that to explore finance options
It sounds like it's all moving forwards. A great time to accumulate IMO

Make sure you realise the difference between a utility token and a security token? Also be aware of the current SEC delisting of XRP and the current regulatory clouds over crypto at this present moment. It's a highly complicated and regulated area and conflict between the current centralised regulators and these decentralised projects is on going. This won't be easy and will take years potentially IMO to bridge the financial and crypto markets with the regulators by making legacy financial markets tradable as a "security" Blockchain is the "in" market at the moment but i'd be cautious and do plenty of research. Another TR1 error, this time under reporting the USA acquisition holding. Perhaps we can now throw the conspiracy theories out the window. Someones just not filled these in before and is making a real meal of them all SD
Yep. They went through the whole process of an LSE listing and incorrectly filled in some TR1's to let a few people out at 13p. Even went to the trouble of getting some USA investors on board. Come on...There's a couple of folks wanting a cheaper entry here today. If you want to see what they are doing and what the market thinks it's value will be then take a seat. They'll tell us soon. SD
Yes. To me it looks like it could be a transfer of shares from haddon and fermain to the USA investors who were TR1'd yesterday. Now the T's are crossed hopefully they'll drop the real news later today. SD
Thanks Mark, On a more speculative note. What do we reckon they are up to? I can see links here to Cornwall, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Chicago. What are they up to? SD
Thanks Jono and Mark Yes, morning star has a shareholders register with 27million shares allocated (circa 5 mill must be the free float). The Fermain and Haddon TR1's match up. Covalent energy had 8.67m so could be the source for the american investors allocations from the other TR1's. TBH i didn't think the 40% would have been acquired in the open market as the SP would be through the roof. SD
So from those TR1s, I make 40% of the shares wrapped up today in sticky hands. I can't find a share register. Surely the BOD own shares and this info is in the public domain. Essentially i'm trying to calculate the free float. Any ideas? SD
I see the main blockchain future use cases as 1)a store of asset value (btc), 2)web 3.0 applications (trusted internet and data passage) and 3)defi. It's a clever move of Peter to move into the other use case areas. I'm a big fan of polkadot so am sad to see this go as part of the deal, but I am cope with this as my KR1 holdings have this aspect covered. GLA SD
