Word is getting around. End of year accounts due imminently. The train is about to leave the station. Once the financials drop, this cheap entry window will be gone IMO.

A very uncomfortable few days having taken the axe to most of my NCYT holding at 495p. I got lucky with no news, so have just repurchased my shares at 280p. My model indicates we should be trading at 670p. I'll buy the dip again tomorrow morning if no RNS.
Sliced profit now into #ARB which i'm hoping will do a similar novocyt multibag job for me in 2020.

Those PI's who wanted to exit the share probably already have during the recent drops. I suspect most holders are now here for the long term. With somewhere in the region of £6-8M in cash/coins out of an MCAP of £12 I feel we are already massively oversold and undervalued.
This is an unbelievable entry point for new investors IMHO. Accounts due in April so could be anytime now. I'd expect a rapid re-rate to circa 13p once the RNS lands. Proper re-rate once post halving updates show ARB's has benefited from this event.

Can you indicate with your next sell please. Total transaction value of sell of £6001= 1 Million shares left, £6005= 5 Million left. So the last figure gives us a ball park figure.

I agree. Lots of blue this morning. A real opportunity to load up. The seller is happy to unload all they have at 3.7p. This is a bargain IMO. Once the accounts land this will be 8p and that's not taking into account the rapid growth since December 2019. These are due any day now.
If the BOD announce a dividend and at the same time the seller is out, well pick a two figure number...I expect the SP to rerate quickly. DYOR.

I have counted 10M+ similar patterned sells in the last 7 days. How many millions do you think you have observed over the last few months? What ball park number are we talking about here?
What do we know about Eric Chang (1219626 BC Ltd) and First Investment Holdings? All other major shareholders should have been cleared by now so maybe you correct.

The FCA regulate/police these rules and enforce them.
I believe you are allowed to alter your position and buy/sell shares before notifying the market if you cross a threshold. The question is how long you are allowed to take before making this notification..
Realistically this may take some days to maybe a couple of weeks to alter ones position. If a major shareholder was taking several months to alter it's position without informing the market that they had passed one or several thresholds required for notification then i'm sure the FCA would be very keen to hear about this.
Your previous correspondence with the BOD was only that. Have you thought about a more formal correspondence with the BOD or FCA to look into this as it would appear that the regulations in your previous post have clearly been ignored.

We can see how quickly the SP moves when the seller gives us a 2 hour break. They are still on the scene however. They obviously read this BB and have changed today from nice round numbers to random numbers but are still selling in £4-6K blocks, quite often in rapid fire like the close of play today.
Another 1.5M shares offloaded into the market today by them, which I estimate makes about 10M in the last week or so. With good trading volume they should clear. I'd hazard a guess that they have an agreement with the BOD to be done/sell out before the accounts land which explains their quite aggressive selling in this narrow SP range.
I'd expect a TR1 soon.

This virus is keeping me very busy at work so I've not posted for a while. Just checking in to say I'm still herew with intact shares. Nice try mms and shorters yesterday and well done to Graham Mullins who is successfully sorting my only last concern which was regarding manufacturing capacity. Nice one Graham.
