Nice find. I've also had a look at riot blockchain. Here are the basics
Plans for 248ph Q1 2020
Mining efficiency 9.6%
2019 Loss 20M USD
MCAP 35M USD
That's right. 2.8 times MCAP than ARB, a fraction of the ph, 1/4 mining efficiency and loss making.
13% share price rise today.
If this is the competition come halving we are incredibly well positioned. The correct SP should find us when news lands and investors can make direct comparisons to see the incredible value in ARB.

Hi nicholas,
Thanks for taking the time to post your reply. Its good that you've flagged this up with the bod and they at least are aware of the situation. I think it's one holder as the pattern to the trades is distinctive. Let's hope for their sake that they are not bending the notification rules. Hopefully they'll run out soon or suddenly remember their obligations. TR1 soon perhaps?

Who's the big seller this week and why are they off loading down here?
I've been through the share transaction history since 8th April till today. About 8 Million sells in total that I think are from the same seller..Similar pattern. Round numbers, 100K, 150K, 250K, sometimes 2 together within the same minute (like at 12:29 today). Occasionally the cheeky minimal share purchase to hide the sale/ pop the SP back up. Almost every significant buy of 5K+ has been sold into within 20 minutes. They appear not keen to take less than 3.5p by the looks of it. Been going on for a week that I can see. May be longer but I can't access data from longer. Please check prior to these dates if you can access the data somewhere.
As of 31st Jan, Edwards had 8.8M shares left. My assumption is that this is his work and that he's on fumes now and we are ready to go north. He will not need to raise a TR1 as he's below 3%.
Alternatively there are 4 other on the share register with a similar holding but we should clear them soon if this is the case based on the numbers. I'm hoping it's not one of the 2 with much larger holdings 23M and 40M.
Any thoughts?
I believe there are some BTC futures traders here and others who follow the BTC price charts closely. Could one of you please explain the predicted BTC dump to me?
From what I can see a BTC dump was to be expected on saturday which took us from USD7300 to 6900. A good recovery yesterday to 7100 followed by another rapid drop to 6800 last night.
I appreciate BTC pricing is volatile, but a 7% drop in 48 hours! Does this fit with what was expected over the weekend?
GLA
Astec123. You are right. BTC climbed well looking to recover from saturdays drop but sadly reversed its move about the same time as your post!
Still, 4 % down is better than 6% down on fridays 7300 level.
Why is it that with the market closed, I still wake in the middle of the night having dreams of another tree shake and fighting the MM's off from nicking my NCYT shares?
Saying that it's been the most relaxed friday for several months for me.
Lots of new names on the BB over the last 48 hrs. It appears some of the other names I have conversed with are either having the day off or have now sold out and left. Well done to them for their journey. Good to see Van V and Silver are still here. Welcome to those newer members of the Ncyt club. GLA

Bitcoin Dump
Down 6% today Unfortunately
Wow. What a day.
I'm still here with shares intact. I Did try 30 ish times to get a quote to top slice between 510-430p and never got a quote.
I knew what was happening as i'd also been over the spike on the 17th Feb when we went to 220 in less than an hour. It happens so quick. I don't think I missed an opportunity as I was there, watching, trying to slice. No joy.
I'm pleased i didn't, as the fundamentals are solid with this one and the the TO price will be much higher. I suspect 500p+ will be easily breached after the FIRST (of the many) big sales RNS's.
Plenty of news to come. Every day that goes by I get less anxious about this share.
I have faith in Graham and his team. He has more rabbits in his very deep hat than any Magician. And then when you think Grahams done he'll bring out another hat. A bigger hat. He's a legend and if they don't knight him I will.
This share has got more legs than Mo Farah.
Thank you Theduke.
Even better then...Revenue prediction 2020 circa £24M which is 300% YOY growth (2019 £8.5M) which is fantastic.
Looks like a no brainer.
News due soon though which will awaken the market! The MM's will need shares. Shake the tree and accumulate. That old chestnut.
I like the opportunity here so have taken a position. Notes below mainly for my future ref but feel free to correct me on any inaccuracies.
Looks to be growing revenue rapidly (2018 0.76M, 2019 £8.5M, 2020 H1 £6M). Management options Jan 2020 at 7p. 2019 NAV at £23M (probably higher now) Currently discounted MCAP circa £11M. Shares 294M.
SP closely follows BTC price which is rebounding now( not priced in). BTC Halving due May 2020, but BTC price previously gone up after these as incoming BTC availability drops. Inefficient operators driven out. High efficiency circa 42% so well positioned.
New machines coming on line (17000 end of April 20). Low recent trading Vol (2.6M) vs ave of 3.8M would suggest this is under the radar (apart from recent bottom feeding traders)
Chart: Downward trend channel broken recently so technical breakout. New upward trend channel towards MA50. Gap @ 4.5p which is first target.
Recent BTC price rebound doesn't appear to be priced into the SP. I would think this is only a matter of time before the market sees the oversold nature here. Lots of upside here. Let me know if i've missed anything obvious please. All IMO, DYOR.

A great post quickdraw. Thank you for sharing. Very comprehensive and on point assessment.
I'd also be interested to see what you have identified as your recovery picks. Are you on twitter?

Thanks. I’ve been seriously looking at the alternative energy future recently. You have experience here.
I’m concerned that at $25 dollars a barrel of oil at present the numbers don’t stack up and will delay progress until this rises and brings the alternative options such as vanadium into economical play. Apologies for wrong Bb

Thanks Louis. Any other takers?
Graham, if you are bored on this lovely sunday and reading this BB which I assume you do, I'd be particularly interested to hear your response to my question...
That's fine Louis.
Others without twitter can also post their answer on this BB in response to this "planning ahead' thread. I can use the threaded view to collate the responses and will share the results to all once enough views have been collected. I will not give my views immediately so as not to bias others.
Thanks.
