With the Holy grail of efficacy with minimal side effects if any. I mean the drugs are well tolerated in patients with stage 4 cancer. If they are fine for this cohort then how harmful would they be to patients with less serious conditions?

Well one difference is that 4D are progressing with MRX 0518 to a larger trial with 120 on multiple tumour types in patients that have no other treatment available and will sadly die.
And Seres are still in phase 1b which will not complete until 2022 on skin cancer - metastatic melanoma.
All other Seres programs are gut related like ulcerative colitis whereas 4D are developing programs in oncology, respiratory disease like asthma and neuro degenerative disease

Look at Seres market cap.
Look at 4D market cap.

Repeat 20-30 times and you might get it.

If as Duncan has stated frequently 4D is the leader in live biotherapeutics and Seres is valued at 3 billion I would expect to see a mark up of at least 30 times the current market cap
