Crohn's is not in P2 trials. They would have announced that a trial had started via RNS as that would be materially important.

If you go to the investor presentation on the website there is info to the market that P2 trials in Crohn's and MS would start in Q2.
Now they are saying that they won't due to FDA hold ups and are trying to cover this up with talk of the Expanded Access programme in 1 MS patient as if this was equivalent to a P2 trial.

The valuation here is £170m. Compare with 4D Pharma at £200m. They are doing now P2 trials in late stage cancer in 4 different indications in collaboration with Merck. Data readouts are imminent and they are discussing fast track approval with the FDA.
They have safety data from a completed P2 trial in IBS.
They have announced a new collaboration with Pfizer.
They are about to start a P1 trial in Parkinsons.
They have a vaccine collaboration with Merck worth potentially $1bn.

Which they are burning through pretty quick. A fund raise next year was alluded to as they said will be catalysts and so will need more cash to fund trials (which is normal).

Before confirming the P2 covid trial was going to take place in Brazil they said they wanted to do half in Brazil and half in the US.
Now we can see why they ditched the US idea. Like I said. They seem like nice guys but as RD says there are a lot of biotechs with promising drugs, some of them at much more advanced stages and undervalued.
The Zacks research note (which was paid for) had a great valuation but clearly stated nothing to market before 2027-28.

Everything you are saying Plan2 has been stated previously with regards to the tech and the delivery methods.
Dr Weiner can say there will be no toxicity until he is blue in the face. That doesn't negate the need to spend time collecting the data to prove it.
At the end they were asked about catalysts and they said end of the year, early next year, which sounds like the C19 trial is a long way off from getting going.

The additional pre clinical work in mice will be in parallel with the expanded access programme that has been allowed in 1 patient, which will start in 2 weeks . That will take 6 months..
The P2 MS trial was scheduled for Q2. It is now not going to start in Q2, will be Q4 at the earliest.

That is a setback for the company.

They can't do the MS trial until they have done at least another 6 months in mice for safety
