There is normally a 30% maximum which is why the founders of UK tech companies like Cazoo have opted to list in the US where they do not have this rule.

2 points Willy- I hear what you are saying about the BBB and I thank you for flagging this and I will do more research into it. It's a very long way off though isn't it?

It's important to remember that with Miliciclib the trials to date have been mainly to demonstrate safety and it's only really a full P2 that any firm conclusions about efficacy can be made.

I bought at a variety of different prices and that was the highest. I think overall loss about 30% and I have made about half of that back elsewhere since I started selling.
I didn't really do enough research and when I did start looking closer all I could see on the horizon was the promise of P2 trials for IBD and MS.
I probably would not have got out when I did if it hadn't been for the recent videos. In a roundabout way they said there were delays.

I also didn't like the way an expanded access programme authorisation was presented as an approval and there was a claim in the recent RNS that P2 trials for Miliciclib had been completed when only dose escalation was done on very few patients.
They set alarm bells off for me and I sold out at 87p.

There's the Foralumab secondary MS treatment. Due to start a P2 trial hopefully in the next 6 months. Existing treatments like Mavenclad are hit and miss, and can cause other serious health problems.
Hence the expanded access programme in the patient in the US who will have limited other options to alleviate the condition.

P2 Foralumab for Crohn’s. Again hopefully to start in the next 6 months or so. IBD is inherently difficult to treat and there are a lot of trials ongoing to meet the unmet needs from the existing treatments.

Miliciclib P2 now seems dependent on finding a Japanese partner when it was meant to be just Tils.

I have never knocked the therapies or the needs they are trying to address.

It's the comms and the lack of trials in progress, when sometimes you have to move quickly as in IBD for example there are a lot of trials in progress and drugs due to be approved. There are 2 P3 trials in progress for secondary MS with tolebrutinib as well.

The pre clinical work is funded. There is no funding for clinical trials.

I got goodwill payments in the past from Fidelity. Haven't tried pushing AJ Bell yet. They are either ignoring complaints or overwhelmed so once over 8 weeks will refer to FOS

The main focus of my complaint is when it is possible to get quotes to buy for example but not to sell.
If more people complained they would have to get their act together as the shares are meant to be liquid for small amounts

I have started complaining to AJ Bell about this. MMs are obligated to quote on orders under the market size.
