The company seems to not want to engage with the FDA preferring to run trials in places like Italy, Brazil and Greece. They say this is because a small pharma like themselves can't afford to do this.

That is nonsense as 4D have registered and run various trials under FDA. Compare these.

Also no one has shared any thoughts on why Tils claimed in an RNS to have initiated a trial in MS with Foralumab with FDA oversight and approval and yet there is no record of the trial on the FDA register despite a later RNS saying that the trial has been completed.

Prof Chris McGuigan developed the drug which caused the problems in the BMS trial.

He was a co-founder of Tils with Cerrone so the connection is quite close.

Correction to my last post.
Cerrone started FermaVir which was bought by Inhibitex so he didn't develop the Inhibitex drug that caused the problems. He was just on the Inhibitex board after the takeover of FermaVir.

Not Tils, if you read the original post from Sporty it relates to Inhibitex drug which was developed by a company started by Cerrone and sold to BMS

Maybe that's why they are unable to register any trials with the FDA

That Inhibitex article is an absolute shocker. 1 participant dead and 8 hospitalised in the trial and yet they are still bragging about the deal on their CVs

RNS says IND was put in in 2019 but nothing on FDA clinical trials register

It is also notable that HC Wainwright valued Tils at $25 a share in May 2020 and this was dropped to $11 a share later in the year. At the time of the $25 valuation they said they were not including Stemprint in the valuation.

Between Oct 2019 and Apr 2020 the highest price was about 50p a share and for that you got Stemprint. Now it's 70p and you don't.

I am looking at the broker notes and trying to work out if there is value like they say. B Riley Securities said in their March note that Tils anticipated full IND for Foralumab P2 study within weeks.

Yet in Tils RNS September 2019 they said they had lodged IND and got FDA approval for oral Foralumab in healthy volunteers.

However, I can't find any mention of the trial on the FDA website. If you search on there for Foralumab all you get is a trial for NASH which was withdrawn in 2019.

What is going on? And what is the delay with the IND for Foralumab?

The statement is uninformed because I was hoping other shareholders here would know how it is possible for the Exec Chairman to own 34% of the company when UK law sets the limit at 30%.
