So it seems there were no expiry dates on the exploration licenses somthere’s no reason for an RNS to be issued and HUM haven’t breached any rules so aren’t trading in a false position, that right TBTT?

Lots of potential news out there just which will land first? Will we get official confirmation that the issues with the pit wall have been resolved or might this be in the Q4 update that will probably be out in about 2 weeks time? More drilling results, an extension to the LOM and perhaps even some directors purchases (don't all groan it could happen). After last year it will be nice to get, officially, some good news to get things rolling further in the right direction.

TBTT/bookwormrobert flounced out of here a month or so ago in a fit of pique supposedly never to return and then posts fairly regularly on advfn about a company he no longer holds any shares in!! Maybe when he calmed down from his toddler tantrum he realised he'd made a mistake and wants back in, won't be the first to do that!!
