II selling down and the issuing of a TR-1 is not the responsibility of HUM and we have seen II's being extremely lacking in the past when it comes to the adherence of AIM rules but no surprise really!! Dugbe I would imagine they are quiet on as last time it was rejected on technicalities by President Weah at the last minute (nothing under HUM's control) but do you think they might move on Dugbe after the last year with Yanfolila? I think they should look for an incident free year and hitting milestones without going off piste.

It would be good if HUM tried to get the Q1 figures out before the last day of April (when I expect them to be issued). A little bit of (relatively) good news and a LOM extension could go a fair way to moving this SP in the right direction.
