Having spoke to the company broker, then hopefully the accounts should be finalised by tomorrow, or with luck today !!!. Regarding a progress update then this is being worked on now which should help the market realise how under rated the s.p. is in relation to the company projects etc. With a bit of luck here also, then the update should be finalised in the next few weeks. Yes good to see the gold price holding up above what it has been of late, but looking at some of the other junior gold miners today, it does not look as though it had done them much good in the current climate of late. Market Makers really depressing the sp's in this sector. I still have every faith in CMR for coming good in the not so distant future, and even better longer term.

Hi catshack - I have just tried to find out what the latest is regarding production from the companies Nominated Adviser. Unfortunately they tell me they are all to busy to talk to me, and are unsure as to when someone can call me back !! Defineitely would not want any of that bunch to be doing any PR for me if I owned a company.

For the latest news you can always ring the companies Nominated Adviser who are Ruegg & Co Ltd - telephone 0207 584 3663 - ask for Gavin. They are very Helpful. As IHNC has said, the shares should be reinstated by tomorrow. In these market conditions should they be marked down then IMO it would present a good buying oportunity to all those looking to top up, especially with production starting in the not so distant future - my opinion only.

Hi Gemma - yes I think most know what we think about CMR, and when the results are announced the suspension will be lifted and lets hope the sp remains around this level for a while as I am contemplating getting more - only wished I had done so when they were cheaper - did manage to buy a few hundred thousand at 1.60p. Never mind as IMO the sp has a long way to go up yet, so have the funds to get some more soon.

Hi Sparky - Chan is away on holiday for a few days now so probably you will not get an answer for a while to your last post. Personally I do think the reconciliation of share issue will help the sp, as ownership is uncertain, and the maket during the last 9 months+ has been hammering any sp with uncertainty hanging over it. There is no doubting the company is making a lot of money, but they are also spending a lot in research / aquisitions etc, which means their bank balance is not as heathy as the market would like to see maybe. The company is growing, and they operate in a growing market which is expected to grow for several years yet. I am still holding shares from just under 100p, and should the sp drop lower than 50 / 52p then I will be increasing my holding.

Morning All, Have just talked to CMR's nominated adviser, and the accounts are still being worked on. No big issues etc, just that the auditors wanted some extra information about the Hungarian interests. When this has been received it will mean all the figures have to be adjusted for the finalised accounts. The nominated advisers are monitoring the situation daily, but expect the accounts to be signed off by Tuesday / Wednesday of next week. The new accounting regulations apparently have caught quite a few companies out, and this is what I am told is causing the delay. They tell me there are no sinister issues to worry about, it's just the time being taken that the company had not foreseen.

Hi Guys, as said previously I have talked to the nomad advisor, and they tell me the results should be out before the end of this week !!!. It looks as though further information was required after initial results / accounts were finished, and some of this information needed to come from outside the UK. and this is what is supposably taking the time. I am in the same possition with rather a very large holding here, but I feel very confident that CMR will be worth waiting for - that is unless the company are telling a few "fibs" which I do not think they are. Hang in there guys, as IMO this could be a real money spinner. As G4C says, this will be a dream come true. Gold is incresing in price again, and the longer term prediction is that it will increase past the recent $1000 + ounce by a good margin. Recent generic analysts reports are mentioning the junior mining companies are ready to "take off" in the not so distant future. Everything is sounding as going in the right direction. Any sign of weekness in the sp and I intend to increase my holding.

Well guys and girls, when CMR recommence trading later this week we may see the market mark them down a bit / maybe not, but don't panic sell, as if you do IMO you will be regretting it in a few months time. G4C mentions those who dream dreams - well IMO this is no dream, and if you have all DYOR, then you will all know that in the early part of the 4th Q, CMR will be going into production and the sp should increase, again IMO this will not be the time to take your profits if you have DYOR, and there are even better times to come. Once in a while a really good inestment happens, and CMR has all the potential to be this happening - no guarantees, but the brave may be rewarded. Like G4C, I really do belive that CMR are ready to be promoted to the higher league soon. Watch this space !!

Have just also spoken to the companies nomad adviser, and they say that the shares should be trading again later this week. They also say it is just the change from one accounting system to another that has caused this delay, and there is nothing to worry about, and there is no bad news etc

Think it's standard, but apparently senior staff have rang major shareholders explaning there is no "nasties awaiting" so the company tells me.

The delay in the publication of the 2007 report and accounts has arisen from the transition of the Company's group accounts to International Financial Reporting Standards. The Directors anticipate that the audited report and accounts will be published shortly at which point the Company's shares will resume trading on AIM.

Re-assuring RNS from RCG today. If it wasn't for the outstanding share issue the s.p. would really be flying. One of the more successful A.I.M companies, with a lot more to come I am sure in my opinion

Found that big "buy" showing on the Hemscott site. You were right, the Sell followed by the Buy 2minutes later. Also on the Hemscott site today it does show all the 1.85p trades as Buys

Hi Gemma, I see the big sell yesterday, but where did you see the big buy ?? Was one connected to the other for some reason ?? Wrong time to sell big I would have thought unless there was some insider information we haven't heard about. None the less, as you have so rightly posted on here about all the infrastucture taking place, then this would not have been put in place, and at the expense, for just mining small change. Big things to come I feel, albeit maybe not right away.

Well this tree shake was to be expected in my opinion - late on the reporting of results etc doesn't help either, although I am told they will be done before the end of June. S.P. above does not agree with several other sites, as others show s.p. to be 1.75p, which could possibly mean the "sells" at 1.85p are actually "buys", with investors topping up at these prices before production starts at end of 3rd quarter. Had to have a few more myself as I feel this is a good buying opportunity.

John, forgot to say in my last post to you - do you think Allianz Equity Investments Ltd. would spend £400K earlier this year for CMR shares if they thought CMR were a "dodgy" company ???

Evening John, a little bit of re-assurance eh !!. Well the company are confident that production will be on schedule as reported. They have said they are engaging a new PR company to promote what they are sitting on, but the new PR company will be shown 1st hand just what CMR actually have so as they can give a factual report. The market will like to hear that CMR have started production, although this is approximately 3 months off yet assuming no hic-cups. Just reassess what you have already read from the companies reports, web site, and the very informative posts that have been given here on these pages, and ask yourself does the positives outweigh the negatives - hopefully the answer should be YES. Has there been any drastic downsides since you first bought into CMR ?? Hopefully the answer should be NO. There are plenty of investors that have spent money here to gain, not to loose. I feel there is only one way from here, and that is UP, albeit we may see some "tree shaking" in between. Hang in there John for your rewards.

Have spoken to the company and the results should be out by end of June. The company have said the delay is due to the new IFRS accounting rules, originating from the EU, that has caused this delay. For a company that have kept staff to a minimum, then this has caused much extra work. I note we have a sea of red on the share trades, but I believe the "Sells" in the 1.9p+ bracket may actually be "Buys", my opinion only. I agree with G4C, and all those that continue to hold their shares will eventually be rewarded, patience is required here.
