I can also understand why we don’t make a profit. Contract in 2021, upgraded our product in the meantime and the customer gets the new product at the old price!

I’m beginning to understand why the BOD don’t report sales, if it takes 4 and a half years to deliver them!

Thanks LTI, but this is another example where we are left wondering if Cyan has won the contract for the smart element in the meters.

Why can’t the company come out and report the contracts? Please don’t say confidentiality as every other company seems to be reporting on contracts won.

Let your shareholders know what’s going on. It will result in more investors getting involved and should increase the sp. Stop treating us like mushrooms!

I don’t think anyone believes anything said by a Cyan representative anymore unless it comes in a regulatory news report.

The BOD are not trusted to bring results.

I will be voting against any up for re-election at the next AGM, later this year.

Any rise is getting sold into, so let’s get rid of the weak holders for when news arrives.

I’m beginning to sound like a de-ramper , but I hold just over 2 million shares and holding at a big loss if I were to sell.

I’m just looking at all aspects of the Boards message. What they have said and more importantly, what they have not said.

Someone said we use Semnet for the security aspect to our other products. What happens if we end up losing Semnet and just get our money back?

Apologies but trying to add a bit of caution here.

I can’t see us being given back all our purchase costs for Semnet and then still owning 66% of it.

It would be giving us it for free.

I will be very happy if that were to happen, but it would be a first for me to see.

To vote against board members up for re-election, when the AGM is held.

We won’t vote anyone out, with the main shareholders voting for, but we can certainly make it embarrassing for them, if they don’t perform!

To be honest, I can’t see us getting our share for nothing, but if so, then even better!

Just to try and add balance. The sums mentioned in the last anrbitration message, are the same as our purchase price for Semnet, back then, together with a sum equivalent to $300k for the period in between.

I’m only guessing, but that seems to me like we are withdrawing from Semnet all together., unless we use that money to buy the company outright.

What do others think?

If good news expected, would you publish on a Friday after a bank holiday or on a Monday so they have a full week ahead to possibly capitalise?

And don’t say they have to release material news as soon as.
