What some people don't realise and LTH's of NCCL don't say is that the directors lent the company some money a while back at 25% interest. This wasn't paid and they extended the loan for another large% rate. (Can't recall the act figure now). They have cash till August I think it said so more money is needed, hence my prediction of a placing after the hype of this RNS. Unfortunately you try to have a discussion on the other side and you are immediately shot down and attacked. ;0)

SGB, I wish you well if you are in NCCL, as I think it could do well in the future. However people on there are like we were 12 or even 24 months ago. Full of hope and expectations. Reality hasn't yet sunk in over there about the amount of work still needed to cross that line.

could Sepco be looking to pull out of the deal and therefore we needed to pay Sanderson back for the loan? I know we are so close to completion, that it seems impossible for them to withdraw now, but could explain the delay in signing PPA and the shares to Sandersons. I know it sounds daft!

Are you saying we will have insurance against them pulling the plug on a deal? By the way, I am not saying it will happen, but it is a risk as it appears the commitment seems half hearted at best as I see it.

Patch, qe have the best lawyers working on this. We also have GE and Sepco working with us so I should imagine we have got all our bases covered. We were told end of month, end of quarter, a final meeting, now working intensely to get all.points tied up. Do all the frustrated posters on here not think enough is enough?

Despite all the lengthy discussions, the GOT are still reluctant to sign up to the deal. Should it get the go-ahead, I am beginning to fear that lack of commitment by them once building is started. If that happens we are really up sh*t creek, owing hundreds of millions in loans. Maybe it is time to move on to the next project.

Looks like the knowledgeable have been told this is not viable under the new Tanzanian mining laws. I wonder if they will let it wither to become a shell company so that Haneti can.be reversed into it? Having said that will new mining laws make Haneti any more attractive?

Starvest I have been wondering if the recent decline in the share price could be down to Starvest selling their stake in the company. They were under the 3% notifiable limit, so could sell without alerting the market. If you look on their rns history, you will see they did a monthly investment update until January 11th. They haven't updated since then. There could be logical explanations as any company wouldn't advertise the fact their investments had fallen sharply and also if the had sold would that put their directors role on GGP in jeopardy?

I think I you look at the icsid case, you will find that whenever one side makes an application, the other party are given 14 days to respond to it. I wouldn't read too much into this move.

If they were to stop after finding the first reason to annul, then all the other precedents used in the original decision would remain on the books and possibly used by others. Imho.The ad hoc committee needs to remove all these incorrect decisions, so I see this going on for some time. I suppose they could do an interim judgement on the first annulment 'reason', whilst working through the rest, but I doubt it.

Trying to catch up on a weeks posts and was interested in the discussion about suspension and a buy out offer. I wondered whether if we had to delist and then a buy out offer I made, would the details need to be made public? This could help the ROI to consider it.

I wonder if some of the passengers on Noors jet, were high ranking officials in the Indonesian government? Now that would be extremely embarrassing.

If the annulment application is successful, would we have any grounds to claim legal costs against ROI, or would we have to wait to see if the fraud allegations are contested again? If they cant be contested again, then surely we have won that part of the case and costs should be awarded to Churchill. Any thoughts please.
