WOW looks like a lot of holders are playing both shares (GGP and EUA), really good stuff. I feel for all the SXX losers and hope they get their money back and then some. Was fortunate enough to not invest in SXX as the numbers just didnt add up. When i finally invest in something i always look at the mcap and assess what i think that asset should be worth, based on mineral quantity (from drill results), infrastructure maturity and price of the mineral... this just seems too good to be true. Im shocked this isnt well over 20p as an estimate!

My average is higher as i have bought up the stack. Sorry for chatting GGP, back to EUA. What a fantastic share. I just look at the mcap and the projects this company have and the figures just don't add up!! Its far too low, so any offer is going to be sizeable

No it happens each 6 week result cycle. 2 weeks prior to results the share price bolts towards broker note estimate and then has a slight retrace. The share will consolidate again for a few weeks and then surges again. Obviously Gold Price rise helps :).

Panama yes my understanding, so could be much more. If GGP sell 5% against a 10moz conservative estimate then they should be accepting an offer North of £200 million? My maths is awful btw :)

Just noticed this thread. Costa i think you may be confused with regard to 2.5moz and the broker note valuation. Our SP value is 3p on each moz, so if MRE declares a conservative estimate of 10moz then our share would be worth 30p not 30% of 10moz. Hopefully that makes sense. Newcrest would have to offer GGP £1 Billion +

Why would Newcrest want to buyout GGP? I dont understand peoples thinking around it? I can understand a purchase of the rest of the license and a friendly accord of future JV agreements on GGPs other licenses, but purchasing of another company is a hold different ball game, with much more complexity (the most complex of this is tupe of staff). I would prefer a full purchase of GGP as it will take the decision to sell out of my hands, as i really dont know when to get out, but as mentioned i cant see that happening.

Perhaps. Im going for MRE at end of the year, so lots of outstanding drill news before then. I will be keeping hold of them until MRE is out and then i will assess my exit strategy. It will be dependent on SP at that point, what MRE tells me and the overall picture of the company (Scally results, cash in the bank, buyout rumours etc). My target price is currently 25p, but that has changed 3 times, so take with a pinch of salt .

QF good news, but will be a distant memory in 3 weeks time. For info, my milestones are set to activity rather than SP, so my next target milestone is MRE and nothing else. All SP movement and news before then is noise (Nice noise), but the MRE will give an indication on what is in Hav and that's the money maker at the moment

Think you may be right there. Expect SW results in 12 weeks (worst case), which overlaps next 2 sets of drill results. The next drill results may be sufficient to establish a conservative estimate, but i am moving towards end of the year to be honest

Aim100 provides additional visibility to institutions. GGP will be appearing in fund managers "folder" as a potential investment for their clients. It does nothing to the SP unless those institutions start hitting the buy button, which i believe is happening but the stock is being controlled by the MMs to allow the big buyer to maintain that entry point (Check Hydro thread to see pattern).

Right back to sleep until the steady rise starts in anticipation of news. This should happen middle of next week, 2 weeks prior to news

Uhh because that is what the market makers do! Have you never been in a share that rises on no news. The market makers will tree shake to get shares on any slight increase in buying demand, but will also increase the share price to push top slicers and day traders. Although news forces the issue and you see more volatility.

Price fluctuation tends to occur 3 weeks /4 weeks into the 6 week drill phases, with a slight retrace before and on news day. However the last set of drill results bucked the trend and price rose during drill week. Obviously news could come at anytime, but this stagnation is the best possible news for investors. This stagnation means the price is consolidating and its becoming more stable, unlike most AIM penny stocks that see huge volatility, especially junior explorers.

He is accurate based on the information he had at the time. We have had further data since there and awaiting further step out information. Its worth noting his estimate aligns to Numis Broker note, which we know is conservative. There really is no value in guessing resource now as there is a lot more drilling to be done. Ignore the noise and wait to here formal Maiden Resource Estimate.

Not sure about under 12p, but i was surprised this was blue today as the trend has always been to drop the share price on news. However, that's usually after a few days of a surge north, which hasn't really happened. Either way, the share price daily movement for most should be irrelevant. Lets see what the share price is on the 31st December 2020
