Tom, seems to me that its all leading nicely to March. Newcrest will release funds, but this time it wont be Fruta del Norte and it will be more than 450 million. By March they will have an MRE and be ready to take the dip on 5 or 30%. We will also have a good understanding of Scally, so secondary offer for JV at better terms perhaps?

MDC1 agree. Nothing bad here, just the quiet before the storm. You will see a sudden flurry of activity, which is usually on a Friday in anticipation for news on Monday, but as we know news is on Wednesday so doubt it will happen today ( assuming no news on Monday, bu you never know :) )

Spratt i slightly disagree, i dont think its being held back, i think its low volume as people know when news is coming so they can set there buying to it (few days before, or even on the day). 12p is now our base SP price and i'm happy with that. I believe our base will settle at 14p after next set of news after trading for a few days between 12 to 15p.

CW The results are next Wednesday at around 23:00ish. We are expecting the following
- New Broker Appointment (Next week imo)
-Broker SP target (next week imo)
-News on Drilling at Hav (Next Wed)
-Scally drilling commencement (2 weeks imo)

TomE the current consolidation i think is excellent news. The price is stable and will move again once the news flow starts. There are far too many shares on AIM that spike and drop erratically to entice traders who mostly end up losing most of their initial investment. This is an investment opportunity and a very rare one at that. This company a year or so back had 4 million in the bank, had drilled some holes in some licenses they owned and were following a sound strategy. Scratch to a year on and the CEO of one of the biggest mining companies in the world is having to use most of his investment call to talk about/ answer questions on the Havieron opportunity.

How can the market have priced them in when they don't know the level of mineralisation against depth? They will price according to the potential total estimate change as a results of these results. A broker note will probably be issued after, reflecting SP target change on new size estimate
