Voted yes to all resolutions . Personally don't think it's a wise move to upset the applecart at this late juncture.

Imo, if they state the sale is off and they're concentrating on a MBO, NDA's will be null and void so they should be able to give us more information.

We need to be mindful of the paragraph below when deciding on voting. I’ve seen people ignore these statements previously and the company then goes into administration. The 1st people to then kick off about it are the ones who stated they’d voted no. Be careful what you wish for.
