IMO I think there will be around a 20% discount to this - hence the dilution. Also 50% is a large number to disapply the statutory pre-emption rights for.

Not overly bothered by consolidation but 400:1 seems way too excessive. Why such a high figure ? When done it will mean there will only be just over 2.5m shares in circulation. - that’s very low.

Trading has no bearing on whether the company makes money though. The company don’t get any money from trading. I’m not trading and am topping up when possible but have no issue with traders as long as they’re not ramping / deramping to suit their current position.
