FFS JHFH , you don;t help yourself with comments like this "Everyone on here is a trader who wants to sell and buy back cheaper every time." What a load of s..t - many on here are long term holders like yourself. I have never sold a share and don't intend to but stating it's all sunlight and roses is very naive.

You've stated "It has been made clear the BOD that there is funding available if we move away from penny share status" - I've not seen this in an RNS so where have you heard that funding has already been sorted .

Have I missed something ? - not seen an RNS this morning.

Onwards - I don’t think we would meet the listing requirements for NASDAQ so unless our MC rises significantly and we have revenue, I can’t see it happening.

I’m hoping to be able to attend virtually and also vote via HL.

It won’t go in the direction of no imo and anyone voting no needs to seriously reconsider. If it doesn’t go through there is a very real chance the company will fold or go private. I’m hoping for good news prior to the EGM which has a positive impact on the current sp.

I hope I am wrong JHFH but similarly I expect to hear some humble pie from you if there is a fast placing and the SP falls significantly below £4. I agree that we cannot continue to be a penny share but US buyers don’t just look at the SP - market cap is just as important to them and our MC will still be that of a penny share.

I think they’ve got a pretty good idea what’s coming because it’s clear we need more money so I’m pretty confident the raise will come very quickly after the consolidation. The only thing that will take the sting out is if the share price has a decent gain between now and then. If we get a chance to ask Vlad questions prior to the event I will be asking that if the SP has had a decent rise, will he reconsider the ratio of 400:1

Not everyone who has reservations will have sold JHFH - me being one. The shorters already know that there will be a placing pretty soon after the consolidation so pretty easy for them imo.c

Pensioninvestor - have you not read the RNS ? With the consolidation the share price should be around £4 before the end of the year / sometime in January.

JHFH - yes it raises questions but having only 2.5m shares in issue is unheard of in small pharma and yet to dose a patient. That could quickly become 3.75m if they decide to issue the 50% in one ago (unlikely I know) - that is a large dilution for current holders. Also, what about this statement from the half year report that many on here were taking as set in stone :

"We are confident in our ability to finance their development through a combination of equity capital, industry partnerships, and non-dilutive funding"

Seems to have been brushed under the table

Does the value of anyones holding change? Nope. - not yet but it definitely will after consolidation /then imminent fund raise

Is there any dilution yet? Nope. - but there definitely will be and it'll be substantial imo.

Have clinical trials started? Yes - not yet. The start is when 1st patient is dosed.

The things that's annoyed me the most is the 400:1 - way to high a ratio.

Unfortunately Diggit the new shares will be at a discount so if they do a 25% discount the share will be at £3 and likely the SP will drop from £4 to £3. Or on todays SP £0.01 to £0.0075.

Glenn97 - forget about the deferred shares and divide the number of shares you have by 400. The value of the shares will increase by 400 so the total value of your shareeholding will be the same. I can't put it any simpler than that. If you still don't understand please google it.

Your 10,000 shares would still be valued at 40k but at £4 per share.

I wonder if the consolidation is up for review if the share price increases in the next 2 weeks ? If we get a 1st patient injected RNS and the share price rises to say 4p , would they then only do a 100:1 to get to their goal of £4 ?
