Phase 1 trials vary in length Gord. AVACTA are currently 3 years into theirs but most are much shorter than that.

Not the best suggestion onlyway. If we buy stock, we are not giving it to the company so they would see no benefit.

How about we have a gentleman's agreement regarding the above ?

If there's a discount on the first time we raise money, you give £100 to the charity of your choice. If there's no discount I will give £100 to my choice of charity. Proof of donation provided by the donater.

JHFH - a bit of positivity is great but if you believe the quote below is true then I think you're being deluded. Nearly all businesses will be looking for a discount - especially from companies with a very small market cap. This is because we will be desperate for money and they'll know this.

BD - don't think you can include yourself in this sentence "Most of us have lost thousands of pounds...." - you stated this morning you'd lost (only if you'd sold) just over 1k.

Highly doubtful that your holding will be life changing.

You will have 125 share after consolidation but the total value will be the same.

I agree that consolidation had to be done but because we have such a small market cap I don't think it will deter the "institutions" who will still flip for a profit - as the most recent one did. The will get a decent discount on the SP and will potentially still want to take a profit and then keeep some for a free ride. I hope it doesn't happen but not as confident as JHFH that it will, Time will tell.

A lot of us are angry but b.itching and moaning about it doesn't help - especially if you're now out.

Steve - take your own advice - bearing in mind you sold out, why are you still here ?

It's not 400:1 dilution, it's a consolidation so you're shares will be worth the same total value but you'll have less shares and a higher SP
