Tax office had appealed the original and now court has found in favour of KK again. Let’s hope tomorrow’s case has a similar resolution.

@Del - I agree that they should be considering mining if the sale has fallen through. The fact they have said they're not mining suggests to me that the sale is still on. Many other businesses would not be run that way but in fairness most other businesses are not trying to sell their assets in Russia during a war and trying to dodge sanctions etc. If the court case on Friday goes the way of the Russian bank then I think we'll hear some positive news ...... shortly ...

When he made the comment he was probably expecting the political situation to have changed. It hasn't so he's unable to comment. Hopefully not too much longer to wait for an update though.

Mont - I think (but not sure) that if a buyer gives the instruction to buy, say, 200 million shares (a transaction) then the declaration does not have to be made until that transaction is complete - regardless of how long t takes and if the 3% is crossed in the process.
