@Del - I think CS is was caught between a rock and a hard place. If he'd released a speeding ticket he'd have been slaughtered by PI's for killing momentum. He didn't release one but then it was forced upon him by AIM and he still gets slaughtered - no win situation. If shareholders realised what was going in why are they now baying for blood ? - probably because they got spiked and are looking for someone to blame instead of themselves.

Personally I don't think the speeding ticket was CS's decision - I believe it was forced on him by the Nomad or AIM - hence the delay. I agree that his communication leaves a lot to be desired but I also believe his hands are tied in what information he can release. Nobody here knows what the NDA's cover so guessing what he's allowed / not allowed to divulge is a pointless exercise.

Yes it's the Russian state bank that has a claim in on the shares. Queeld owed them a bundle so they're trying to claim their assets. Would be a great result if the case is found in favour of the bank imo.

One point to note on the statement below Joe - some warrants come with a clause that prohibits the warrant holder from selling the exercised shares for a set amount of time. During that time the price could go up or down so not risk free :
