Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Good to see HSBC initiating coverage. Despite the fact that HSBC has alienated all and got rid of many of its personal and corporate clients in Hong Kong and Asia it is still regarded with a modicum of respect and one hopes that this will bring in a new raft of buyers. For SS once we pip past the £48 mark every batch of my purchases will be in the black, some of the early purchases by manyfold but I never got in as early as £3; £4 and £5 being my earliest buys.
For the last three months GHH have been looking a bit precarious and with another sharp drop in the SP yesterday we look set for further losses in the coming week, I fear; so it is not yet time to top up although it was reassuring to see Directors buying recently. Does anyone know what might have triggered yesterday's nervousness?
Thanks Davey. Nice to be singled out like that for a mention along with the big boys...
Personally I like the last two.

Do KMED actually hold shares in Chi-Med. I cannot see our name listed in their 76 holdings.
Good article but the IRR issue is a concern, "IRR below cost of capital by 2017"
Indeed...
From the Torygraph:
Tullow Oil has resumed shareholder payouts after a three-year absence following a return to profit.
The African-focused oil explorer intends to restart its dividend from the coming financial year, but has confirmed plans to pay out a special one-off windfall of $67m to patient shareholders for 2018.
Yes, indeed, very nice. Roll on the remaining 60% rise...
Some improvement and then a kick in the teeth. This is most unwelcome after a week or so of stability...
Yes, it's been a disappointing and somewhat depressing end to a year which promised (and at one point had delivered) much. I have not sold a single share (not through any brilliant strategic insight but simply because when there was a chance to sell the price was too low and I was too afraid of missing any rally. Many thanks to you all for your insight and comments and wishing you all a Happy Christmas and good things in the New Year. For those of a superstitious bent (ie the Chinese) next year is the Year of the Earth Pig which apparently augurs well for prosperity so fingers crossed!
Can anyone explain why these two RNS: Savolitinib program update and Amendment to Lilly Agreement on Fruquintinib should have triggered such a steep decline please?
This is somewhat disconcerting although I think the Chinese are intelligent enough not to stab their own home grown pharmas in the back
Full year results tomorrow. Judging by the drop last week I wonder if bad news has been leaked. Hoping for a rebound.

Azurite, I agree with your sentiment and there probably will be some drop back but this break out with considerable volume and a considerable pipeline of news and products seems to be justified and SS for one is not selling...
A little bit shyer now... Seen on the 5 year chart this looks like a correction down to the normal progression and if it drops a bit more I see myself adding HLMA to my portfolio.

I am not a holder but have been waiting for a good price to buy in at and wonder if the recent decline is regarded as a good buying opportunity? I shall await a clear uptick before buying (if I do) as I prefer to buy on an upwards trend rather than trying to catch the bottom (which I rarely achieve).
Thanks for any comments.

And just as we are singing their praises they drop by 7%. 'In line with management expectations' when Mr Market was looking for more. Hey ho, they will come back...
The only comment on the Genmab board dates back to October 2014 so it does not have the following in these parts that HCM has.
I added a few more yesterday. Obviously they were cheaper last week but I usually buy on an upwards trajectory rather than on a low price as I lack the courage for that. How many years from here before the share price doubles I wonder...
I have been following and invested in this company for some time; although small it seems to be doing a great job and the returns are consistently sound. Why does it not attract more interest?
