Who gave Beckman the contract to upgrade the two labs in the US? HHS, the same government department who is at odds with FDA.

No, potentially if their LFT test works, it’ll be a world first or one of a few in the whole world. Currently nobody has a covid antigen LFT.

Ofc it’s better. That’s partly because we test more now. The tests are more accurate too. Unlike 4 months ago when the tests were avg and we didn’t test enough. I think uv answered your own concerns here, virus is more prevalent now than it ever was, by testing we are getting a grip on things. And we here are in a testing share.

Not everyone can be saved, not everyone can afford treatment, treatment costs money.

Do you know how much a course that’s 5-6 vials of Remdesivir costs? Google it. Would the government rather to contract covid, put you into hospital, treat you. Or would they rather you didn’t get it in the first place by effective testing and isolation?

You’re wrong again mate.

There were no therapeutics back in Feb and March, there are treatments now. These are NOT home administered treatments. Remdesivir is one, the steroid the UK government found is another, there are LOTS and LOTS of ways they are treating patients more effectively with proven ways, even tilting bodies in the treatment phase works. Google it.

So OBVIOUSLY less people would die, look at the number of infections, looks at the number of states with hospitalisations. Looks at the number of people infected. Look at the number of deaths going up even with the treatments.

A measure of the increase of the disease isn’t death only, it’s infections!!! How could you not know something as simple as that?

EVERY government in the world is increasing testing. Why would they do that? Why is covid seeing a resurgence in soo many countries? Why are we doing localised lockdowns, why quarantining countries. These are all counter measures to control the spread of the virus. The virus which is slowly coming back post lockdown.

I can assure you the pandemic is far worse in the US than it was in April / May. Try watching CNN. It’s practically COVID related news all day everyday. We’re not selling in the UK. So it’s irrelevant what’s happening here. Secondly our government is adding more and more countries to quarantine. What does that tell you? Our country like every other country is looking to expand testing. Winter is around the corner. We may not get to £5, I don’t think we ever were... but something over £2 is possible.

Which means it’s a formality.
