Our test is a saliva PCR, and the article mentions increasing PCR volume. Albeit we are not in the UK market, the fact that they see that saliva as an upgrade is good news.

Our POC test target time is sub 30 or 30 mins. And I’m assuming like our PCR will be Saliva based.

We have what is it... 4 tests with Mologic, 1 ukrtc, we can only produce X number a week.

Production lines are costly, no point setting up for something which may never come, well it certainly won’t before Mologic LFT because that actually exists.

Once BC validate the lab, and the lab also validates, the latter is a quicker validation to ensure the test measures up etc.
We don't need FDA to start selling. I think this has been confirmed or spoken off before, but perhaps it may have been lost in translation. So we dont need FDA to sell, nor will the lab require it if they validate themselves.

Looks like they want Abingdon to create a new test for them? What happened to AVCT’s own test? Why do they suddenly feel the need to skip approvals?

If Mologic already have an LFT, and AVCT was Abingdon to create one, how far behind are they?

ODX are NOT third party, they go hand in hand with Abingdon. ODX are part of the UK RTC.

If we are not selected DONT panic, what this does prove is major airports are looking at this RIGHT NOW, same way governments are looking at POC tests right now. Heathrow is one of the busiest airports in the world. Being British has some value. If we’ve made to last 3, you can bet your money in other airports around the UK and the world we could / should / would be shortlisted too.

And I worry about some of the posters on AVCT and their intelligence.

When is CLEARLY says MOLOGIC, how does that translate to AVCT?

Antibody tests are not solely statistical, they have a purpose. They tell you if you’ve had the virus. They are also needed for vaccine. In theory you can also do an antibody test to check for covid. If you have antibodies you can’t have covid.

Obviously your a troll from the AVCT board trying to deramp here, have you thought about how much money is going into vaccines? If they were useless why would every government in the world throw unlimited amounts of money at procuring them?

Bottom line Mologic are ahead of you. Just accept it and move on. Even Abbott are ahead of you. SONA too. Practically everyone is.

Probably because they are half decent and cheap. Same two buying criteria applied to any purchase :)

P.s not make tests are available in the market for LFT use. Literally just a handful.
