I agree to an extent. However this validation isn’t GDR boy only. It’s got BC, if anything it’s on BC and not GDR.

As regards can you pass on the corona virus if you have had it, recovered and now have antibodies - no you cannot unless you want to be a little pedantic about that and condsider if a different person that does have covid, coughs on YOUR hand and you pass it to another person. It is very different pasing on a third party infection. Your yourself having recovered cannot infect another.

If we are going to be that pedantic Regulator, there is no point doing any sort of test. Coming out from the test centre someone could have coughed two cars away from you, that whiff could have inadvertently blown into your car, and infected you.

The ONLY major criticism for antibody tests is the science. How much value does on attach to an antibody test. Does it mean you are immune, does it mean your just less likely to have it...

So Roche are saying, you need an antibody test to go with the vaccine!! The whole world is counting on the vaccine.

Secondly SAGE have said you get immunity for a few months IF you have antibodies. SAGE are government advisors.

So if anyone thought antibody tests are useless they couldn’t be more wrong.

The world has billions of people living in it. The vaccines will require multiple shots.

Even before vaccine we will need immunity tests, immunity tests before vaccines.

For non vax people they’ll want to know if they have antibodies so they know how to lead their lives.

Bottom line, Roche are the big boys. This tweet is new, Sage report is new, focus on antibody is starting.

Anyone doubting, I’ll wave you goodbye now. I don’t care if it drops 5-10% to let the ones that want to leave out. The potential is enormous here.
