Unfortunately, immigrants will be from somewhere and I don’t think that’s to do with the EU. It is to do with not managing it and ensuring integration imho. Singapore makes sure that ghettos are not allowed, and it is culturally and racially open and relaxed.

Dewhurst and Anubus. It is a absolutely a shocker to see the way some of our towns have gone, even in the London suburbs too. Unfortunately, our provisions for those who fall on hard times in our society often get misappropriated by miscreants of all types. I think we could say our social services system gets raped. However, it would be a tricky thing to sort it out and not harm those who genuinely need help- the system helped me in my early years ( albeit not as generous as now) over half a century ago, so I would be loathe to see it go. I do see ghettos where I work, and crime, often the communities are from far and wide and where I am it’s not from EU countries.
I also have distant family of 3 generations who do not have any intention of working or the skill sets to work in any form whatsoever; mind you they very adept at breeding and claiming every benefit there is, having a nice car and in some cases having the kids put in care whilst they continue to breed.
I don’t think any of this is the fault of the eu, because if it’s not a mob from the eu, it’s a mob from somewhere else, or it’s just this we are related to. In the meantime there are genuine people trying their best in all communities. What we need is a way to sort out the chaff from the wheat, the genuine from the criminals.
In the meantime we are lucky enough to have money to 8nvest in Wres and are going to do rather well. IMHO.

You are incorrect about the board being brexit orientated. Certainly with have some keen pro eu types and others up the other end. Personally, I have never liked the gravy train aspect with three eu govt bodies and all the support staff in addition to our own tiers of govt. I particularly do not people like Junckets turning up for work half cut and getting a big old salAry - if I did that on my low salary I would be sacked. However, I do like tha we can freely live in other eu states and get full rights for health care and benefits ( I think there is an £11 per annum charge)- my daughter lives in Spain and has been very well looked after. I like the free trade benefits, just for in time enabled production, and the fact that the UK is used by companies as a gateway for the eu (assembly plants etc). I don’t like liars and cheats like BJ and the arrogance of Rees mogul, I can’t stand Weasel Corbyn. Overall, when all is said and done it looks to me that my personal interests are best served by being in the eu, I am not a zealot and my decision is a 60-40, having previously been 50-50 but the perogue of parliament is hugely undemocratic, the reasoned arguments of Ken Clarke, Hammond et al appeal to me. ...... so off piste I know, but the views on this board are just a microcosm of the country imho and have little to do with investment strategy. Watching Bloomberg’s; metals are looking up today which is a bit needed. There also do be chat about trade deals between USA and China......and it appears we got growth in the UK. The resolution of the Fanya auction off should see improvements in metal prices, I think that a fair bit will get taken up as strategic reserves as the production is below demand on tungsten.
Then I also expect some more news by way of positive RNSs now them wheels are turning.

At St James Square where the AGM was held the toilets are just one WC each, the room for each is spacious and very well appointed. There are individual towelling hand towels to dry your hands too. Very nice. I did a Pooh there. I just love having a Pooh in posh places, it’s great.
