24/7, 7 days a week production needs to be achieved. Machine not completely commissioned? Need get manufacturer in to resolve if not completed to customer satisfaction. The machine capable of 5 million a month. That is a manufacturers claim and need be held accountable.
Out production of masks is satisfactory but demand will way outstrip current supply.
All problems here resolvable given a little time. I would expect supply to exceed 10 million a month within 3 to 6 months ready for next winter. The more people that become aware of this mask the more people that will use it.

In all a positive RNS which should justify a significant increase in the SP.

There were quite a few of the deramping brigade intent on telling people to sell as this share was going to plummet below the 1p mark. All these of course are expert day traders, shorters or investors, mostly with new names and only recently joined.

All shares have their ups and downs. knowing when to sell is just as important as knowing when to buy. It is their decision what to buy at and what to sell at of course, but I do find irritating is those that sell then go on a deramp rampage.

Hi Talking Sense. Yes I am fine thankyou. I get your drift with the new company starting up. Yes they will have problems on top of the ones they already had. Remember also the NHs have spent millions on masks which they have not received and millions on masks that were proven to be defective. How many are made in China?
In this instance the criteria used by the NHS was not only ineffective but verging on criminally liable. Should the government legislate in the near future that a mask with a higher protection specification shall be worn, then they will be worn.

Hospital care is and will be coming under closer scrutiny as to the suitability of RPE and PPE under this pandemic.

Also bear in mind that the mask will protect against other similar types of virus and will be effective against seasonal flu. There is currently a severe backlog of operations and other vital aspects of care in the hospital that need be reduced.

Dear old Dr Fauci, forecast a serious viral outbreak a while ago. He also speculated on a more lethal strain of this virus.

Health care will need preparation for the next pandemic or the liklihood of this pandemic taking a nose dive.

As for contracts being signed, bear in mind that should a superior product become available the NHS to maintain its high standard will seek to improve the quality of RPE. Would you be happy with the taxes you pay towards the upkeep of the NHS be happy with them using inferior protective masks, especially with regards to any surgical, oncology or any other type of hospital care when there are far more effective masks available?

I would guess you answer would be, no. Contracts will have get out clauses for the NHS.

I agree Laverockblank, as soon as they become available people will be stockpiling for next winter. Covid is not going soon. People need reminding of the Spanish flu in 1918, It was not the first wave that was the problem it was the second wave that wiped a large percentage of the world population out.

Hi Chrispy. I would agree that masks could have been supplied during the commissioning period.

Commissioning l have worked on albeit years ago were installed and set up. Made to ensure they went through all operations and then signed over ready for use. Would normally stay a week after if a completely newly designed machine to a new customer.
These machines produced silicon wafers for the chip. You could run the machine prior to completion of commissioning for the company's testing of silicon cylinders.

Another point of interests nowadays is at what stage do you sign over a machine and say it is commissioned? Is it done on installation or is it done prior to leaving the factory?
You cannot use a machine that has not been correctly installed on the grounds health and safety. We can look at testing post installation to see if it lives up to the manufacturesrs claims.

So yes again.l my self can see no reason why the machine cannot produce samples from batches during the commissioning process.

The RMS machine was modified for an extra layer of mask. So if what you are stating is correct this will need to be set up and commissioned again prior to the manufacture of the other 5 layer mask.

Regulator, good morning sir,, as far as l know if the machine is set up and produces masks these are suitable as samples for CE certification. There is no need to wait until the end of a commissioning period as such. They most likely still have teething problems obtaining maximum stated output.

Just need to watch out now for cheap Chinese copies. CE marked. Experienced this before and was stated by the company the products came from, stood for Chinese Export.

If the price drops slightly l will happily add a million shares or more. I have over 2 million with some in blue and more in the red.

So l ain't too bothered which way it goes. If it goes up l will sell some and if it goes down l buy some.
