Show me.! Just look at the history of some of these posters, The poster been on LSE a month. Makes out it knows everything . Puts a little bit of factual info in ie production not likely to start before early January ( we know that anyway)
They only post in an attempt to deramp the share. That is their ultimate objective. They can and often do this in packs.
Short history and claimed plenty of knowledge is indicative of a poster which has had not only posts removed but also prevented from posting by the removal of the posters user name and history by LSE.

Kovno. If you have been here years why did you not sell when it went to 3p recently? I do find it rather odd that someone who claims to have been here years does not have a grip on Sareum or its products.
As for' closing down anyone who questions the narrative; the remark made by Casper was polite and indeed correct in that you have not made a positive comment. No one has closed you down. People here have been polite to you.

With positive comments the SP is likely to rise and attract new investors. With negative comments it is likely to place doubt into peoples mind and possibly deter people from investing. It can also cause people to dare I say sell their investment in the fear that the price may drop.
If you are as you said you are, invested in Sareum for years then you should know much more about its compounds then you make out. Why all of a sudden interest? No comments from you when it sat at 0.3p.

Thanks Bridges for the licensing in progress news with regards 1801/1802. Am in semi sleep mode at the moment as on nights.
I would hazard a guess at dotting the i's and crossing the t's . We know of the potential of these compounds great toxicology and MTD. I still think once MTD established we have game on and a significant SP increase on granting of Clinical trial.

All good news to come, just a little disappointed, but not surprised in Sierra. I would suggest the SP would be at least twice what it is now had they have upfronted the milestone payment without reduction. W...k..s.

All else is fine.

The only problem I see is Sierra dragging their feet. Milestone payment would come in very handy for a bit of breathing space. It does question if Gilead are in anyway in communications with Sareum with regards TYK2 I feel. There is more going on behind the scenes than we are being let on. of course nothing can be said until all is done signed and sealed.
Sierra,playing for time I feel. No progress on continued development has been announced. I do feel they are trying to delay until they get momeletinib out of the way. So, not expecting anything from them in very near future.
Have some money coming through shortly so will obtain some more and put in ISA.

I don't think we will be around as such in 12 months time either. Tyk 2 just needs completion of MTD. Nothing wrong with original formulation as has been tested at 30 times therapeutic dose, but Sar have decided to find out what the MTD actually is.
May be a requirement by prospective licensee or just that having a MTD makes it look more impressive to be marketed.

Good post Brighty. Without any doubt the potential of 1801 and 1802 is phenomenal. Their SKIL platform has produced some truly remarkable compounds.
Clinical Trial Application I feel would have no problem with approval especially in the current climate.
MTD to be established as per RNS which should prove exciting results along with toxicology studies.
Of course for these compounds the MTD and toxicology data need to be confirmed before any licencing or partnership deal. In addition such is the scope of these TYK2 inhibitors, that the targets need to be identified themselves. Taylor made so as to speak.

The only downside I perceive is Sierra dragging their heels. In 18 months all they have succeeded in doing is taking off circa 20 million in milestone payments. This has clearly been agreed by all parties on the belief that it will accelerate Sierra raising investment for development of CHK1. We are awaiting news and or updates but Sierra only look keen on developing momeltonib to license or sell. It is then that I see them pushing development of CHK1. If this is the case then the milestone payments need to increase or introduce penalty clauses for failure to make all reasonable attempts in developing Chk1.

All other aspects ie 1801, 1802 and Aurora + FLT3 look fine.

Vaccinations are not the be all and end all. There exists reports that the vaccinations may only last 90 days. This is from people a little further up the knowledge tree than you will ever be darientaylor. Effective masks will be required as well as treatments for serious cases in addition to vaccines.

machine over here will take a couple of days to install and set up. Commissioning should not take long as would already have been completed in Spain. There should be an installation engineer who will stay a while until all is fine, maybe a week or thereabouts. That is from my earlier part in life installing corrugated manufacturing machinery.

The agreements between Volz and P2F have not been finalised. At the moment they appear as only the manufacturer but the product will belong to P2F.
Volz may implement the nano material into their own mask, they may even opt to obtain a license to manufacture and sell the P2F mask.
Volz will require a production order whether a one off (highly unlikely in my view) or a regular order per month (for example 10 million masks). In addition they will want to know how many months they will be required to continue production for.
The more masks that are made the cheaper the actual mask will cost to produce per item. The machinery and adjustment of machines to produce these masks will not come cheap. The last thing a company wants is to set up manufacturing for 50 million masks a month and six weeks later it is down to 5 million a month.
There will be people working on this. Stock control, financing of and logistics.
In my honest opinion Volz will either obtain a license to sell masks, or become a partner of some sort in P2F. May even be a TO down the line. Sheer speculation here. Ask yourself what you would want if you were Volz.
Each of these will generate significant advantages to P2F ie finance and milestone payments as well as the ability to supply hundreds of millions of mask should the worldwide demand be as such.
It will take a little while to obtain a contract or license to which both parties are in total agreement with.
Don't be overly concerned if the price here wobbles a little. Invest with what you can comfortably afford. Remember that greed and fear are the biggest setbacks to investments. Take a profit now and again but leave a few to ride. So many times myself I have regretted things I wished I had not done and also things I have done, We can never predict what the bottom price will be, or the top price it will reach either.

Steadydanny, my interpretation is that Volz will be manufacturing the masks for P2F. No licence required as just a manufacturer to supply a company.
However, if they have a license that would incorporate a payment either and an upfront fee or royalties.
I reckon what you will find is that Volz will produce the masks for P2F and will use the nano particle material in their own brand which will be free for them to market anywhere. But they may be restricted from selling in the UK
It will all depend on contractual agreements as these masks or to be more precise the nano particle material is patented.

Interesting late news clip.

Officials last night asked the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) to consider giving emergency approval for the jab, so that it could be given out from next month if it is deemed safe and effective.

It comes after confusing trial results from Oxford found under-55s accidentally given too little of the vaccine actually had better protection from coronavirus than those who got the full doses, making it unclear how effective the vaccine really is.

The MHRA is doing the same analysis of Pfizer's jab and 'emergency approval' does not bypass any safety checks but means it can be given out as soon as regulators are satisfied, rather than waiting for official paperwork to be finalised. This was made possible by a specific new law brought in during the summer.

Oxford's trial results this week suggested the vaccine is somewhere between 62 and 90 per cent effective, depending on the dosage people are given.
