737 sure does have potential. The downside is Sierra Oncology dragging its heels in its development. Not effective on its own at reducing cancer tumours but will effectively inhibit further growth. 737 was developed to deal with DDR whereby rapid cell division and multiplication is stopped in its track by the inhibition of P53 in cell cycle arrest.

I see no reason as to why at some stage in the future that a similar control of manufacture of a compound cannot be applied to FLT+3. In a sense whilst concentrating the progress on TYK2 compounds the longer they leave it the better. No one has access to it. early ADMET was good but unfortunate problems encountered with large production for the oral route with solubility issues.

Clearly sareum have decided to appoint then, looks like much bigger plans in store than Strand Hanson Ltd and Hybridan LLP can cope with effectively. Out of their depth comes to mind.
