Good morning desamax. RMM derived figures very achievable in my opinion.
Bare in mind we have HNWI that have invested circa 1 million at a consolidated price equivalent of 350p per share. They would be looking at least a 200% increase on this over an 18 month to 2 year period. Some have stated in for at least 10 bagging for these individuals.
I would suggest that this may be perceived as excessive ramping at these levels, putting the old SP at 70p per share or 3500p post consolidation.
These figures would give market cap of circa 2 billion. Whilst I do not envisage this short term there is nothing to suggest this can be ruled out longer term. It very much depends on sareum strategy.
Should they take SDC1802 into phase 3 themselves and although costly to compete these trials, with success, 1 to 1.5 billion is achievable on SDC1801 alone.

That my opinion. We sat at 0.25 p for ages ( 12.5 p new money) People scoffed at the idea of it reaching 2p per share. The further stages we complete so the level of risk goes down. Sareum know the value of what they are producing. Not good at marketing me thinks, but then again we have no idea of what is going on in the background.

After Tim got lambasted for his 2012 comment about a 'transformational deal' that never materialised with a subsequent drop of around 60%, he has not and is not likely to make that error again.

Tell me what is the worth of a Tyk 2 Jak1 inhibitor with excellent toxicity and efficacy results.
Please select from end of preclinical, stage 1 human trials and end of stage 2 human trials.
Sareum have 2 inhibitors SDC1801 and 1802, in addition they have a 27.5% interest in SRA737 inhibitor which is proving extremely effective when used in combination. Care to put a price on this too?

Stage 1 trial acceptance of CTA and grant circa 6.5 to 7 p old sp 325 to 350new. Milestone from Sierra or at least definite date of commencement for human trials ( not we intend or are seeking) 1 to 1.5 p old SP 50 TO 75p new SP. A running total now 7.5 to 8p old 375 to 400p new SP.
Satisfactory stage 1 human trial results and enter stage 2. Increase 0.5 to 1p old money 25vto 50p new circa 8 to 9p. Stage 2 trials complete with favourable results SdC 1801. 6 to 12p old money increase 300 to 600p per share. Preclinical on 1802 2p per old Sp 100p on new.

Around 12 months and not being greedy 16 to 23p share old money 800 to 1100p. Not factured in a raising of funds nor factured in additional development of 737.

Ten Pounds per share is very readily achievable. Yes l know always jam around the corner with this share as many of us do. That is the risk we take.

That is giving Sar a less than 700 million market cap. That is very achievable. Toxicology results l would have thought would push us to around 5p plus old SP circa 250 to 270 new sp.

Anyone care to take a guess at new SP on news. Sareum beginning to look different than a penny share company

Hang on in there Matty. It will get better. Don't become concerned too much on what has happened to SP ( yes easy for me to say so) but concentrate on what the future holds. We sit with what we have and in no dire need for funds at the moment, on a circa 100 million market cap which is peanuts for what we have.

Compounds top notch. SRA 737 will prove to be a block buster on its own, unfortunately it has not helped us as Sierra been dragging its heels for getting on 3 years. Is it any wonder they took SRA737 down from the 'for sale board' so as to speak as they have realised the potential on this one. Excellent toxicity results too, achieved by chemists that are very good at what they do. No other competitor is anywhere near us on this one.

We have SDC1801 and 1802 Tyk 2 Jak 1 inhibitors, similar but not the same. That is the level of precision Sareum have committed themselves to. No key performance indicator payments here, which push companies into shortcuts to reach targets with corresponding failure down the line. All we need is official confirmation of just how good our tox results are. Then we can progress. Potential future partners will also need to this before anything on a deal front can progress.

In the meantime keep the faith. What we have is, at the very least, very.good.

That is the whole idea for them to raise funds to allow to do so. The value is increase several fold at end of stage 1 clinical trials as opposed to end of pre clinical. It does not however, rule out a possible deal or partnership in the meantime. It is called keeping your options open.

You will not get the full results as far too detailed. There will be more than enough information released on toxicology to keep most happy here.

In 2020, formulation work for oral dosing for SDC-1802, Sareum’s second TYK2/JAK1 inhibitor was completed. Toxicology studies and further manufacturing work continue. In October 2019, 'Sareum also presented new findings showing that SDC-1802, dosed orally as a monotherapy and in combination with chemotherapy, significantly reduced tumour growth in models of solid tumours and blood cancers'

That is news to most of us here. Think they have their wires crossed with SRA 737. Basically a Jak1 inhibitor.

Not sure Tim and co want to give up. In an interview circa 2020 they were discussing on licensing of 1891 and 1802. If one company bought the two they would have to pay the price. Tim says then we can go shopping.

There will also be many other factors to be taken into account when evaluating a compound the most important is the lifespan of and protection by patents. 1802 should see us protected in one form or another up to 2039.
Patent protection 20 years typically 12 to 14 years to take a drug from scratch to commercialisation. That gives 6 years protection from generic drugs.
We have spent over 10 years on SDC 1802 and have 17 years left. All needs to be factored into price.

Successful phase 1 trial.
For immuno/oncology inhibitor preclinical 20 to 30 million upfront milestone payment and royalties. End of Phase1 with success around 100 to 150 million upfront, Stage 2 success around 300 to 450 million. success at end of stage 3, 1.2 billion plus.

These are not exact figures but are derived from a set of licensing sales over the past few years.
Approx 5 times greater at end of stage 1 over preclinical.
Approx 3 times greater end of stage 2 over stage 1
Approx 4 times greater at end of stage 3 over stage 2

Bare in mind that this is an indication of increase in up front payments only. No mention of royalties or milestone payments. At later stages milestone payments become less.

At each stage gained, risk is lowered. Some deals have made far more. Most on licensing is done at late stage 1 or early stage 2. However, very early preclinical or even at design stage are now commanding high prices.

On early comparisons I would think that Brepocitinib (PF-06700841)is a selective topical, tyrosine kinase 2 (TYK2) and janus kinase 1 inhibitor, is our closest competitor. If it is as good as ours or vica versa it may well be application by capsule formulation will give us the edge.

Interestingly also mentions Baricitinib which is not TYk2 but Jak1 and Jak2, to which on safety concerns alone we should be streets ahead of.

Although it is a long drawn out process I reckon we are in the right place at the right time.

Deucravacitinib (formerly BMS 986165) is an orally available, selective allosteric inhibitor of tyrosine kinase 2 (Tyk2). Deucravacitinib is being studied in multiple immune-mediated diseases, including psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, lupus and inflammatory bowel disease. Bristol Myers Squibb is evaluating deucravacitinib in Phase 3 clinical studies in psoriasis.
