Your absolutely right Oliver, and whilst he might not say so, the silence these days compared to the comms we used to get from DB speaks volumes. He must think why should I, when they treat me and the company with such contempt. I can't say I blame him, frustrating though it is; they only have themselves to blame. Keep it civil.
Just because lse shows a trade as a sell, don't for a minute think that it was a sell, especially with FCM over the past few months. The ask has been consistently too high, meaning that the mid-price is also too high so many buys are falling below the mid-point price and are therefore shown as sells.
I don't think "could" comes into it Bob.
Marc seemed very chipper today, and he's off over to Zigzag for the last days of drilling next week.

There is much to be positive about in my view Bob. We have had a constant stream of positive news and results for the last three months, as promised, and I see no reason to doubt that this will continue into the visible future.
What is needed now is for the message to get out into the wider share owning public, and move the sp to where it deserves to be. Unfortunately, for too long now, there seems to be the holders preaching to ourselves, whilst we are completely under the radar to the wider community. The BoD have been trying very hard, but the breakthrough is still to come.
A member who can write Mongolian could always email the Governors office and point out the post, and ask if it's genuine. Not to say you'll get a reply, but if it's an impersonator, I would think they'll get it removed.
I did point out during last year's attempted move on Reabold that Cathals involvement would only be good, but S and S's fan base at the time didn't want to listen. But that was then and Cathal has a bit more on his plate right now, Poolbeg is entering a very interesting phase and he's soon to IPO European Green Metals; that said if you want something doing ask a busy man. One thing is for sure anything he focuses on will have costs stripped out of it ruthlessly, and a firm focus on the final out.
He is also a very easy man to talk to.
Get it right Razza, Friel Motors were Ford main dealers, not secondhand, in fact when CF took over from his father he became the youngest Ford franchise holder in the world, ever.
More to the point, he is now non-executice chairman of hvivo, so it's not his place to speak for the company. In fact when at the recent presentation somebody asked Mo this, I sensed a definite coolness in his answer. Personally I think the occasional CF positive injection wouldn't do any harm. That said I dare say he's focused on his new, imminent, IPO.
Which is a perfectly good answer. And quite reasonable since they are an oil industry waste processing company and that is a hazardous waste trailer, not an oil tanker. It has anti-implosion ribs and is steel allowing for vacuum loading.
The fact that some come out with the axles down can be found to yeo reasons, one the driver put it down, second that on that vehicle the axle steers so doesn't cause damage whilst manoeuvring and there will drop when the ignition is turned on, indeed dome don't lift at all. But this is a Volvo, so will be non-steered.
Really, 40 years in transport, member of Institute of Logistics and Transport, National and International Transport Manager CPC qualified, 40 years in the industry and 4th generation in Transport.
Go on Ibug, what your basis for declaring that BS.
For your information, a lifted axle on a truck on site proves nothing. Lift axles can remain lifted even when loaded until the vehicle reaches 30kph, when they will drop automatically. The overload on the drive axle is deemed to produce less road damage than having an unsteered axle down whilst manoeuvring. The driver can drop it from the cab, but rarely will due to tyre wear.
Hazardous marker boards must remain in place until the residue of the hazardous product has been cleaned by a recognised cleaning station.
Cyberton and others keep referring to winter, MB has said several times now that winter has no relevance to starting production at Heron, only the permitting. Now I have absolutely no confidence as to when that will turn up, other than that it will, eventually. However if approval arrives in January, the Mongolian winter is not a bar to starting work on production immediately.
My word Gwynwin BASF/Dow Tarragona you're bringing back some memories there, can't say particularly happy ones. I could never understand people going on holiday to Salou it was just one huge refinery and plastics plant in my mind.
I'm not a holder here, but it has been on my watchlist for a couple of years. Might I suggest that you have a read of the last couple of weeks postings on the IOG board. Not exactly the same, but enough similarities and a group are starting proceedings. It may be useful to make some contacts there. The barrister, at her own admission, does have the odd issue in her past practice, but this I her speciality and she knows her stuff.
Whilst UJO may, or may not, take some more, a buyout would be contrary to every stated aim of the company. David Bramhalls oft stated aim is multiple minority shareholdings, and most definitely never to be an operator. UJO is an oil industry investor, not an oil production company.
UJO may be here for a take-over, but not to be the buyer. In my view.
