Not really. Where I work it's very busy. Lots of firms now have backlogs. Higher demand equals higher prices and higher profit. Will it compensate? In many cases I believe it will. July reporting will be very interesting.

I was comparing the recent high of both indexes. The ftse100 recent high was around 7650. A 7% drop on that takes us to approx 7200. However, I would also watch the Nikkei on Monday morning. Only around 5% off the high, and closing fast. I believe the cash pumped in will create opportunity for some, but certain sectors such as airlines, cruise lines, will take much longer, and those sectors will perhaps take years.

Think again. The Dow is within 7% of its all time High. We need to be over 7000 to match. Our markets were over shorted it's not surprising the shorts left will hurt as we catch up with the true FTSE100 value.

Hmmm. I see 55% of IG customers are short on the FTSE 100. Then again 77% of their retail customers lose money! So IMO it means nothing. The Nikkei has recovered to within 5% of February. We are still 15% below. A brexit no deal will damage the £, but I expect a surge in the UK stock market.
You are living in a dream if you think the FTSE 100 market trend is down. Where else will people invest?

Of course that all depends on us not getting a second "cummings" wave. It doesn't matter how careful you were, everyone now thinks it's ok to break the rules just a bit more than before. Enough to push R back over 1. Very weak leadership to let him remain, and that comes from a former Boris and Tory supporter.

The environment for banks is actually quite good right now. Loads of cash pumped into the system. No one has been spending much. Where's it all going? The banks of course. Plenty of other factors, but a recovery back to 7,000 for the FTSE 100 seems possible in the next few months, driven by financials and oil. Just my opinion. I can see barclays back over £1.60, maybe £1.80. Still far too cheap here.

I was kicking myself for taking a nice profit at 24p, when these were trading at 27 to 28p. Tempted to buy back then but resisted as I hold quite a few smaller miners. Now I can't believe my luck and I'm back in. Would be very happy to double or quadruple up if they drop below 20p. Let's see.

I expect speedy products to be in great demand for the rest of the year as projects struggle to catch up. Recovering nicely in prep for next Tuesdays final results. Expecting us to break our all time High share price in next 3 months.

Gold now recovering strongly. The trend for the next year must be up? Surely?

Not surprised by drop as gold fallen from 129k rubles per oz to 117k rubles per oz in the last 2 weeks. Still falling as oil recovers and ruble strengthens. Expect a drop to around £2.20 before recovering, which aligns to the chart as well. We will see how this plays out as all markets are very volatile right now and anything could happen suddenly!

Ok, suppose they do want to sell. Not much profit by selling here. More like they are convinced the price will rise. Perhaps they are closer to the company than us? Probably aiming to sell with a good profit. 20p+ perhaps?

Quite possibly! Volatility to rule. That's likely to be the story this year. A great year for the "lucky" trader!

I've reduced as well. The ruble is going to strengthen IMO. To balance that, gold is still rising against a currency basket. Enough impact to come off the top, but we could go either way. Being covid clean is going to be a massive help.

No, I'm still here! Not much to day really. Fully expect a recovery to over £9 by this time next year. Should have added more, but I'm not gready.

If the market contracts, and competition increases, it would be a totally wrong move to reduce advertising spend. It has a huge impact on market share.

I bought quite a few of these for 6p a never of years ago as I thought the company had potential. Sold for a 70% profit in a relatively short timescale. How I wish I'd kept them!
Only remembered this company as I've just bought into another RSA miner. Checked it out again, seen the progress, and I'm back in. Will build my position over the coming months.

The drop seems to be in line with the leveraged ruble gold price. The ruble looks like it could get stronger, so we may see a further drop here.
All depends if you trade or invest. Probably not a bad investment point, not sure about trading? Seems finely balanced right now.

These are not bad results. The only thing that worries me is when IO8 will reopen as this will make a huge difference. This year won't be as good IMO. Still a hold for me as my average is higher than this, but I won't be adding unless it drops considerably, which I doubt.
