Anyway, not reported in the press, at the AGM IMTK reported that they still intended to break even this year, as per the annual report. They also reported that they intend to repay the director loans as per the annual report. You can't expect the press to report anything useful, can you? DYOR

I am very interested to hear how the restructured company is performing. I am invested and that is key information. I am not interested in data from before the restructure, UNLESS it happens to impact on current and future performance. We shall see when it arrives early next week.

Spike, do you type on one of those old teletype machines, with formatting issues? Anyway, the results are based on the old business model. It's what is happening this year that is important. Considerable restructuring has occurred. I want to know if that has been successful. Everyone else WHO IS INVESTED will also want this information. As a spectator, I guess you'd like to dwell on the past. As an INVESTOR I'm more interested in the future.

Interesting results. Key I guess is only 14% rise in EPS against a share price rise of 50% in the past 3 months. PE is therefore increasing, maybe justified with a growth strategy, but you have to wonder whether this will rise or fall (correct) in the next few months. Good luck.

It's not the results I'm interested in. We all know the guidance for those, and it's all history now. What I want to know is how has the Epsilon factor changed DAN, and what are the plans for this year and next.

It's not the results that are important, those will more than likely be inline with guidance. This has been ramped up quite a lot with good forward guidance. I hope it comes good for you, but with NHS cutbacks there maybe some impact felt. Good luck for next Monday

Nothing to say he isn't hoovering them up. That said, volume is tiny, so not exactly a lot to hoover. Could take a while getting to 15%. You can only buy what people sell. I'm personally holding and waiting patiently.

IMO this is why RT is invested in DAN. He has used their wealth management services and found them to be excellent. So therefore he invests. As a customer and investor he also wants to see DAN provide the best service. This is exactly the same as when I invested heavily into HL because I thought their product was great, and I made a packet. DAN have already said their wealth management business is growing. The key factor is Epsllon, who are working far closer with DAN than RT. They will drive DAN into profit IMO. They will also be behind other initiatives that I'm sure will be announced with the results in the next 2 weeks. Epsilon invested at 3.35p and are very close to DAN wrt strategy and business. If the investment was only worth 2p a share, that is what they would have paid.

No, I'm not invested here at the moment. Already been pumped too high for me to get a chance of a return. I see there's a big seller at £7.30. Very wise IMO. Anyway, I remain a spectator here, until things change.

Me too. Feel sorry for anyone selling on the last tree shake. I'd rather this ticks up nice and slowly before the next RNS. You can see his this moves up with very small buys. It won't need much to move up each day.

5 small buys pushed the ask back from 6.5p to 7p. No way anyone can load up any significant amount at the moment. Selling here may only be best if you really want to get out of this share completely. Most of the posters today aren't even invested here. Anyone guess why they spend hours, on boards where they have no financial interest? My guesses are: 1. Very sad individuals with no life 2. A grudge 3. Too much time locked in a cell during the day

As suspected the RAMPERS got my last post removed. Beware this share has been ramped from 4.80p. Can't see why this isn't a valid comment. Why remove it? Any good news is fully built into this price, and more.

I guess no one here has ever arranged a short term flexible business loan with a bank. I know 10% is actually the going rate including arrangement fees. Also this is a non guaranteed loan, which would attract a higher rate. Anyway, a mountain made out of a molehill by all the usual suspects. Just bought another 52k, so thanks all. Another £5k just released and I'll be watching for any spike down. I can't believe some of the holders actually helping the usual suspects over a measly £75k loan.
