I think the company has already explained that the losses are reducing as growth in the US accelerates. Without the detail of the expense claims who can say what is reasonable? Certainly not you, or RT, or an "ex founder" holding a gripe at being ousted. I claim significant expenses doing my job as an IT consultant, and every one is totally reasonable and within a strict company policy. To be posting so much here, on a share which you have sold out of (allegedly), is in itself strange. I know my motive for posting as a shareholder, but what's your motive? Bitterness, anger, something else?

Onthemoney, I fully understand that you may be bitter because you have lost out here. However, taking the view from a founder who was "ousted" over 7 years ago, against the RNS issued by the company very recently seems very short sighted. However, it's your cash and I wish you well wherever you wish to put it. Whether you like it or not, losses are reducing and revenue is increasing at a manageable rate. Growth in the US is a significant factor as to why I continue to invest here.

So a couple of self confessed ex-employees, who now probably work for competitors are discussing IMTK on this bulletin board. I guess it's fairly obvious what your opinion would be. Slowly but surely this is moving towards break even. I know it's hard for an ex-company director to swallow, but there it is. Tell it like it is.

Looks like the 500k order late Friday was a buy, probably reducing free supply, followed by a sell first thing this morning, and then two buys. The fact that Matt Cooper invested around �500k in the recent placing must give some confidence.

There has been a solid accumulation of shares in large blocks over the past few months. Lots of small sells, but larger buys. My guess is that the sellers have now dried up, which is now causing an upward push. The potential with the current and new products is also very promising.

Yes, I understand about Hargreaves Hale. However, they managed to participate in the first part of the placing, which was for Institutional holders and major shareholders. Hence the Hargreaves Hale increase from 9% to 18% is likely to be with longer term stakeholders, and not with private investors.

With Matt Cooper holding 31% and Hargreaves Hale 18% now, I think that a certain "holder" with 5% and touted aspirations of a takeover has finally decided to exit. There is no way he will get his hands on this company. Really nice to see the confidence shown by Matt and Hargreaves in the placing. Hargreaves Hale especially doubled their percentage stake.

Thanks harpman for taking the time to produce the write up. Sadly this board is swamped my non-investors with a grudge against the BoD. They are best ignored IMO, I am a shareholder and will be voting with the BoD. I don't want to liquidate this company, or my investment. How Beer/Sonia managed to sway real investors is beyond me.

Many thanks Toffee for sharing. Unfortunately I was unable to attend yesterday, but you describe what I thought was the position. Sadly there are many around with other motives. To liquidate the company now, does seem like madness, which is all the shareholder group seem intent on doing.

Fund raise needed for growth. This was the medium term strategy discussed at the AGM. There is nothing new. It is logical that they have a growing customer base, and order book, that more cash will be needed for growth. The full year report will be interesting. If it states that last year was "break even", and the order book has doubled, that will support the fund raise request.

If there is a pattern, as you suggest, it looks like there's another 10% to go. Personally I believe he sold to his "friends" who still hold the shares, and he is now accumulating a second stake. Is this a cunning takeover plan? But who really knows except RT?

I believe this is the wrong approach. Nothing will be achieved before June. Let's support the BoD and see what deal can be struck. It would be madness to take a stand and rant and rave. I also believe this is being driven by the ex-employees with a grudge. There are undoubtedly Shorters out there supporting the actions here. They would love this company to close out low. You are just playing into their hands.

It should be noted that with a 15% spread I have no intention of trading this stock. If you can sell and buy back cheaper, then good luck to you.

So yes, I do buy and sell (trade) a bit on sentiment. Can't say I profit from it much. The best profits have come from holding a good stock.
