Not sure why there seems to be so much negativity around this option here? It depends on who we pair with, the synergies, and the resulting value to us. If we get paired with an accelerating private company it could work out really well. Also things are likely to move quite fast now. Another good point is that there is more than one option for an RTO. Anything that preserves the app going forwards will be great, as I LOVE it!

Yep, I'm still investing very low sums through the app, but when I get a bit more confidence I'll increase my stakes. It's actually fun investing! Nice having small stakes in a number of companies.

Sadly I sold most of my TEA on the drop. However, reinvested in my new shiny Shard account, which recovered my small loss and more through the TEA app. Just wished I'd also kept all of my TEA shares, as this looks like it's going to be big. No way to get them back right now, but hopefully they will come out of suspension soon. The sure way to know if a company is going to be successful is to use their products. Made a packet investing in HL because their product was good.

The fact is that the shares have simply been transferred to the technology division of QPE. They also now own 15.1%. QPE also own 100% of their technology division. What you read into this is up to you. The facts are: IMTK is growing very nicely, and QPT is an investor.

I haven't posted in quite a while as there is little point without news. However, there seems to be a few non shareholders (one in particular) spending a lot of holiday time on here. You have to ask WHY? My guess is that they are holding an expensive short position, perhaps with a spreadbetimg company that they can't close while suspended. It must be hurting quite a bit. They may also be worried about how to close if this delists. Shareholders are just likely to sit tight waiting for an alternative listing. Shorters on the other hand look to now be forced into a long term position than they may wish. Obsessive posting is done for a reason IMO Happy New Year, when it comes (we are not there yet). Time for a spot of late afternoon tea on the beach.

Whole sector down, not just CLIN. Will be a good buy under £6 Now, where did I hear that? Directors selling not particularly good news. But IMO likely to be a sector related issue, rather than a CLIN specific one. Even my SHP shares which I've had over 3 years have suffered a bit recently. DYOR

Addict, I never made that quote. Mental illness is not something to jest at. However, less than 5% of my investments are in small caps, and they show the greatest return. However, they all carry a certain amount of risk. This share is not a small cap, but it is a small company playing in a big very competitive field. It also won't have the agility you find in a small cap. However, I'm watching and at the right price I will probably invest. The right price doesn't start with a 6 or 7.

That the 350k sell that just went through, isn't someone in "the know". Very suspicious IMO DYOR

Hold steady? Hardly, it looks like a steady sell off to me. Will be interesting to see exactly how far this falls. Will it lose the whole of the hyped up rise? We shall see. Market not convinced by the story. Is it a white flag flying perchance?

Since I've been watching this share, all it's done is fall. Market didn't like the results, and it fell again. Peaked with all the hype a couple on months ago. Beware.

I have no issues with RT being an investor here. That is all he is at this stage, and IMO all he is likely to ever be. So what if he tweets about this company's potential? This bulletin board is full of people who spout the attractions of certain investments. Fact remains the company stated at the AGM (I was there), that they are still on track for a break even this year. So with a solid trend to multi year contracts (again reported at the AGM), revenue should increase. A profit break even this year, and a solid blue chip customer base, will be a solid base to build on. People with just 4 posts, and a person with the unhealthy RT obsession (not invested, but just "interested"), are not going to stop me from continuing to invest and add here. Personally expecting this to go quiet for a while now, and IMTK work towards their full year goals. At the AGM the BoD stated that they were still on target still for break even this year, as per the annual report. They also stated that the director loans will also be repaid, again as per the annual report. This will give IMTK a solid platform to grow from.

Yep, for once I agree with you spikey. A full takeover by Epsilon is quite possible, to get a foothold in the EU. Obviously a minimum of 3.35p a share would be paid, in accordance with the rules.

I wonder who that is. Not me, or clockwork, or Benjamin, or bish. We are all holders here, and very happy to stay invested. However, there is someone else who seems to be posting a lot of total nonsense. Why? Haha

I think the only people who may be worried about a suspension are spreadbetters running a short. They cannot close while the share is suspended, and could rack up huge fees. I wonder who fits that bill? I can think of a couple of names.
