A typical reply from a sentiment trader. Yes, agreed it went down before because RT said he sold. But who did he sell to, and did they onward sell? We're the sellers others like Spikey, who read this wrong? We just don't know what percentage RT and his friends control. Based on fundamentals it was oversold. The company position has improved considerably since a year or two years ago. Short term the full year report will drive the price. My guess is RT thinks it will be good. Then with short supply they will cash in on a huge rise, or take the company over. It will be one or the other IMO. If the report isn't good then fundamentals will drive it down. Given the trading reports to end Q3 this is unlikely. Oh, I'm expecting a much larger cash call for growth plans this year. Not the simple small cash call to reach profitability and prove the model. I'm also expecting it to be somewhere north of 6p a share which was the last price. The business has improved and grown considerably since then. Look to fundamentals rather than the usual casino posts from sentiment traders.

Why would he possibly want to respond to the wind up merchants here? Spikey, a self confessed "sentiment" trader. No worry about fundamentals for you. A profit forecast of £1m for next year could easily give an MCAP of £20m, which is quite achievable with the new business being done in the US, and a cost base largely in £s. £1m profit and a growth rate of 40% will easily warrant a PE in excess of 20. Just my view. As it happens I totally agree with the docs valuation. Perhaps not at this minute, but easily achievable. If RT and his "friends" now have over 40% (likely IMO) it's another reason to support a £20m MCAP.

Cheers Mr X. I guess we are two of the very few shareholders on here. LOL. We are outnumbered at least 5 to 1 on here. I get the "sentiment traders", such as Spikey, who like to short overheated shares, but I really don't get all this bile on a share that's suspended. There are some posters here with serious issues, sadly (for them). Of course, these posters could easily be from competitors, and I can understand that. In this faceless world they could be anyone (unless you use your real name when you could be found).

Ok, I sold some at a tidy profit when all the disgruntled ex-employees appeared out of the woodwork. Still holding quite a few "free" shares, which IMO could be little gold nuggets. You have to trade on sentiment, as well as invest in fundamentals. There's a lot of good things that could come to fruition here. Anyway, no trading going on at the moment. Obviously some Shorters would like to close out, but unable to. Shareholders happy to wait. It would be really nice to get some stunning news and reopen at 10p. Still possible.

You should all go and get a job instead of moaning on here. Just because you have a gripe with this management, it's not an excuse to be bitter and waste your life. Move on. The number of TEA investors on this board is very low. However, none of them are listening to you carp on. It's very tedious. Anyway, TEA probably has a few more white label deals lined up. We will find out soon enough.

In the event of a takeover attempt Hargreaves Hale with 11% will be a key factor. Last year they were willing to sell at 9p. With a possible takeover and the improving company finances I would now put their asking price between 10p and 20p. Even Matt Cooper may be willing to capitulate at 20p. I doubt it, because I think he loves this business, but who knows?

My thought is that there are two possible options. 1. QPE has bought the remaining shares from his friends with the purpose of selling them 2. The "friends of RT society" now have over 20% and closer to 30% and will push for a takeover, sucking up enough shares from Shorters and weak holders as the price rises. You take your pick. Personally I'm holding for 2. Above as it seems like the obvious answer. There are a few on here who will be desperately trying to sell option 1, probably including the "friends of RT" LOL

If they aren't doing so now, then perhaps soon? This company is ripe for a takeover. Great client base and growing business. Tremendously undervalued.

Fully expecting something close to break even this year. Of course, if you've shorted and now need to buy back it may start to get a bit tricky for you. Results out soon. Not long to close out your short while still in profit. The way this rises on low volumes, closing any substantial short could be very expensive. Note the company needed a small amount of cash last September, and has since repaid that, without the need to borrow anymore. Break even is very close, and with revenue rising at 20% per annum, a healthy profit is quite possible for the next FY.

It has no impact on profitability (apart from interest paid) for this FY. They may be delaying paying the loan because the extra cash being generated is being used to expand the business. We will find out when the accounts are published. The profit declared will not be impacted by repaying (or not repaying) a loan.

The first half showed a loss, which meant by 16th September a small director loan was required. This has since been repaid, with no additional cash required in the past 7 months. To me that looks like a company now achieving break even or a small profit. A full year profit would be very nice. Personally I'm expecting a profit in the second half, and a small loss for the full year. A forecast of say 500k profit next year would also be very nice, and quite achivable.

A break even, or even a small loss over the year will mean that further funding is not required. If the company is now breaking even, or now making a monthly profit (quite possible) then that will be quite a catalyst. However, someone is selling, perhaps on the belief a fund raise will be required. We shall see. I very much doubt if they have anything more than is publically available to go on. This is especially true of QPE who have been snubbed by this company, hence the sell off. Snubbing a possible backer, doesn't sound like a company in desperate need of funding.

How much RTs "friends" have left is debatable. My guess is very little. With the share price so low they were shipping their stock very quickly. Was expecting the trading report earlier, but my guess is they waited for RT to finish his selling spree so he didn't benefit from it. A well timed RNS IMHO.

Basically, it looks like The_Shareminator has shorted this and is now in panic mode. Nice update from Matt Cooper and the company. Would be good to see a full year break even point. Slowly this company is building a solid trading platform and reducing loses year on year. Revenue looks like it will be significantly up again this year. Considering we are trading around 3.5p before the RT interest, and given the positive updates in the past year, we should be trading somewhat above that after the full year results. Perhaps not to RT hype levels, but certainly above 3.5p

This board has sadly diminished in quality of posts. This share still has over 3 months to complete an RTO, but hopefully it will be quicker. I think there are some here who have shorted this share and are now panicking that when we complete the RTO there will be a huge hike in price. They also cannot close at the moment, so are paying daily costs with no hope of exit soon.. As a minor shareholder I hope they take the full time available to complete the RTO, and thus maximise the share price hike.

Total BS. New shares will be created for gametech holders, so it depends on the value of the resultant company and the dilution, in this scenario, if it were to occur. I expect a poor deal would be rejected by shareholders.
