K3, the primary purpose of the share transactions is to increase the percentage of shares held in '"responsible hands". The result will most likely be a higher share price. As it happens there is considerable "position" building occurring in this stock already. Your trading stocks are more than likely now held by a shareholder building a medium term position. All good news.

BH, actually, when the share price was 9.5p QPE tweeted that 10p was not a barrier to them buying. However, it's still a question of supply and volume. There is very little supply at the moment. The spread has at times been ridiculous, just to discourage buyers. It takes a long time to accumulate just 1%. As soon as you buy just a little, the MMs stop further buys for sometimes hours.

BH, it is FACT and not speculation, that QPE have tweeted that they are continuing to build their stake. With these very low volumes of sellers it's going to be difficult for them. The volume at 9p was no higher than here. Hardly anyone is selling at these prices, as we all expect a far higher price later this year.

It was actually "open to QPE investors". Whether someone leaks it to the market is debatable. However, you are posting on the wrong board. This is the DAN board.

I hope you get what your pumping for Note EBITDA up 20%, but half of that due to aquisitions. That don't help the diluted EPS much. Also revenue flat lining in 2016 All on the back of a current 50% pumped up share price, in turbulent markets. You know my target, and I'm sticking to it.

This has a long way to fall yet. Cashed out at £6.90. Small profit, but happy with that. Not a time to be putting your hard earned cash into here IMO.

Pleased with my small buy at £6.50 yesterday, but was fully expecting to buy more by averaging down. Still, I'll be selling at £7.60, so should make a nice profit within a few weeks. Another storm in a teacup?

Sold out on Friday as this looks certain to drop under £6, as it's far too overbought. I reckon £5.50 would be a reasonable buy back price. GLA DYOR

Looks like they have seen the light and are now reducing, from the last RNS.

I see one of the directors sold at £6.44 only two months ago. He must have thought that was a good price.

Looks like this has definitely topped out for 2015, and will start to move towards £5 as we move into autumn. Looking at the technicals it may fall to fill the gap down to around £4.80, before reversing. Not one to get stuck in during the month of October.

In fact it has a PE double that of GSK, or many other pharmaceuticals. Is is worth such a high premium?
