I agree AJones, a small speculative punt is as much as I'm willing to risk putting in though. It's essentially gambling at this point. Mind you I did the same when AMD almost went under in 2016 and I'm up 30x on that so far. Doesn't always work out though.

They only need to inform the market when they're finished selling, which can take days.

Jed, I bought AMD at $3 when everyone told me that was going bankrupt. I bought BP at 200p when people said the same thing.

Its a risk yes, but they haven't done anything yet and I think Mooky is saying this as leverage for the court case.

Hope your short works out for long enough for you to take profit.
