Again Lawrence13 if you look at the RNS thats why they are getting the second flotation plant ready for 2nd quarter and 3rd for next year, then they can process more of our own.

Totally disagree KRSS they don't have the cash to do that, and they have a decision to make on TEMI before 31st May as if we don't go through with it we lose money !!! Rather have reserves of the gold stuff, than IRON ore.

" Third-party material: production is expected to be lower than FY 2020 production of 163koz due to reduced volumes of concentrate available for purchase and lower concentrate grades. Management disruption in 2020, prior to the arrival of the new executive team, resulted in the Company missing the crucial annual contracting window to secure sufficient concentrate for 2021 delivery and processing. However, efforts are underway to source additional material to meet the guided range and secure supplies for 2022."

I will tell you now, Lawrence13, that is an absolute waste of time. Takeover panel are not interested, unless there is a takeover, which there is not.

There has been a lot of talk on here about strukhov, He is an investor, he doesn't own the company. If there is one slight positive about the RNS it suggests we are not bowing to his demands and processing his concentrate on the cheap.

Otherwise, we would be seeing a much bigger production forecast with a lot more third party concentrate. That would suggest he isn't getting all his own way. Just remember he has a bonus to earn based on the share price. Pity it wasn't based on a set price rather than against our peers.

I believe Freddie, and if you read the RNS it virtually confirms this, the output has been inflated by the third party concentrate, it looks like they are trying to get flotation plant up and running by end of june and another one for next year to ramp up production of their own ore for processing in the pox hub. Which ( And I don't understand the ins and outs of these things ) bus the question why did they put this on hold ??

Could be something to do with the weather i don't know, but, I am certain in 12 months we will see a whole different set of forecasts, and I believe if we get the flotation plant up and running in the third quarter we will ramp up production and beat these forecasts easily, exactly as Pavel said he had done, after also reducing forecasts.

Time will tell, but everything I read suggests they are erring very much on the cautious side. Which in itself is not a bad thing , better to underestimate and beat expectations, than over estimate and fall short.

One thing I don't get, the RNS quite clearly says we have not got enough third party concentrate. That is surprising as Strukhov supposedly has a boat load which needs processing. Is that an excuse as they are looking to get rid of the pre-pay gold debt.

So they have woken up. RNS out, more staff, increased capex, less third party concentrate tp purchases, as they missed the deadline, less production, yet they talk about a dividend. Imbeciles !!!!.

At least they have woke up from hibernation. Maybe we can get to 700 production, by the time the price of gold has dropped.

This looks like an RNS designed to aim low, and then advise how well they have done when they beat it. Uninspiring. IMHO

KRSS, They had agreed to sell it for a knockdown price, but that was never going to happen because it was subject to Gazprombank releasing their guarantee.

I do not think POG Could increase without having to make a mandatory bid for the company.

Who thinks the new bod have done well up to now and who thinks they have been underwhelming to say the least.

Not asking for comparisons against Pavel and co, just your thoughts on how you think new bod have done, as updownflat thinks they are doing a good job.

Yes lots to look forward too share nicely now. The thing with the way the stock market works now these ups and downs are commonplace because of auto trading and taking out stop losses.

This isn't one I would like to trade on a day to day basis. Reason for that, if you sell, you never know if you are going to get back in at a good price.

Let me address your points.
1. They have stated the position of the shareholder specifically in their statements as a priority. Last year interim statement! What, the share price has consistently gone down, we have had ZERO communication.

2. They have organised the conversion of 70% of the convertibles as a gesture of goodwill to the shareholders. What a load of bull, The shareholders asked for their right to convert shares, mostly based on wanting to increase shareholdings, before this lot came in ??

3. They have not even suggested diluting shareholders, Totally contradictory to point 2 as that very action diluted shareholders, as will any bonus payments that have allotted to themselves, if they ever come out of their hibernation box

4. They have expressed the need for a dividend i.e a return The ratings companies suggest this is a futile policy unless they address their borrowings and this was mooted by Pavel before his departure, so nothing new there. Strukhov wants a dividend as it is his way of taking out money from the company, In my opinion dividends are ridiculous at this stage.

5. They got rid of Pavel Another ridiculous statement, how the hell can a hard that has not been elected get rid of Pavel, they handy been elected, The shareholders got rid of pavel.

So basically you are agreeing with me. They have done NOTHING.

I expected you to do a little bit better than that.

I will give you 5 Negatives.

1. No communication whatsoever.
2. Their inertia has contributed along with other factors in a drift of the share price.
3. They have investor relations, which do exactly the opposite. They do not reply.
4. They issue on their website, what I thought was a good presentation, but they then do not inform people it is there.
5. They can not even get there website up to date with dates for the financial calendar
6. There has been no information whatsoever, on TEMI
7. There has been no information whatsoever on the proposed sale of IRC ( I am opposed to this at the price suggested )
8. There is a lack of a plan direction leadership, etc,

Oops, I could go on, and I only said 5, They were off the top of my head without the need to think about it. Lethargic at best unprofessional at worst.

We have broken free of the £7 holdback, for good. Thats the point we still need to clear for good. It is still a resistance barrier. All IMHO.

Updownflat, I find that response hilarious. How the hell anyone can have confidence, in people who do not communicate, have an investor relations team who do not respond to the very thing they are paid to do, which is investor relations.

Give me 5 good reasons , and back it up with evidence, that, as you put it, " the new management have shareholders interests at heart.".

Now, I am not for 1 minute saying they have not, but for me to have confidence in something or somebody, they have to use words or actions to prove this. This lot have provided neither to me, so the jury is out.
