Let me address your points.
1. They have stated the position of the shareholder specifically in their statements as a priority. Last year interim statement! What, the share price has consistently gone down, we have had ZERO communication.
2. They have organised the conversion of 70% of the convertibles as a gesture of goodwill to the shareholders. What a load of bull, The shareholders asked for their right to convert shares, mostly based on wanting to increase shareholdings, before this lot came in ??
3. They have not even suggested diluting shareholders, Totally contradictory to point 2 as that very action diluted shareholders, as will any bonus payments that have allotted to themselves, if they ever come out of their hibernation box
4. They have expressed the need for a dividend i.e a return The ratings companies suggest this is a futile policy unless they address their borrowings and this was mooted by Pavel before his departure, so nothing new there. Strukhov wants a dividend as it is his way of taking out money from the company, In my opinion dividends are ridiculous at this stage.
5. They got rid of Pavel Another ridiculous statement, how the hell can a hard that has not been elected get rid of Pavel, they handy been elected, The shareholders got rid of pavel.
So basically you are agreeing with me. They have done NOTHING.
I expected you to do a little bit better than that.
I will give you 5 Negatives.
1. No communication whatsoever.
2. Their inertia has contributed along with other factors in a drift of the share price.
3. They have investor relations, which do exactly the opposite. They do not reply.
4. They issue on their website, what I thought was a good presentation, but they then do not inform people it is there.
5. They can not even get there website up to date with dates for the financial calendar
6. There has been no information whatsoever, on TEMI
7. There has been no information whatsoever on the proposed sale of IRC ( I am opposed to this at the price suggested )
8. There is a lack of a plan direction leadership, etc,
Oops, I could go on, and I only said 5, They were off the top of my head without the need to think about it. Lethargic at best unprofessional at worst.
