Hi Farrugia1967, Yes held since blinks days, have not sold 1 share, but because of my holding, and lack of cash at the time never bought any more. I stated on here, I wrote them off, so any potential break even or profit, is good, but, I am not concerned.

I intend to hold these long term, might sell a few if it gets into ridiculous territory, a most of my holdings are in blinks, but will NEVER sell all.

Updownflat, you and me too. You can also add Freddie2, Lawrence13 etc to the mix. You were the one who was saying what a great job the BOD are doing. You mentioned 100 days, they then come up with a very under powering forecast.

I still think they have taken a leaf out of Pavels book, by under-promising, and hopefully, over delivering, because it is quite clear, when they want to ramp up production they can, as Pavel did a couple of years ago.

We read what we can, but unless your there, and see what they are doing how do you know there is 20% too many. Ridiculous statement. And just to add fuel to the fire, they are taking on extra board members. Those board members will be on megabucks compared to the people at the coal face ( And by coal face I mean at the heart of the workings. Yes ambiguity I agree, I don't know the reason and rationale for putting on hold the pioneer flotation plant over the winter, as presumably it would be finished now, Hopefully, they know better than me.

Because if they don't, we are screwed. Seriously though, I am sure there were good reasons to delay. I still think we will at least reach the top end of the forecasts, and probably be a them. Time will tell.

As announced, the commissioning of the Pioneer flotation plant is now scheduled for Q2 2021.

Once operational, the new Pioneer flotation plant will double the Group’s capacity to process refractory gold ore from its own mines, from 3.6Mtpa (at the existing Malomir flotation plant) to a combined Group total capacity of 7.2Mtpa, thus reducing the POX Hub’s reliance on treating low-margin third-party concentrates.

The construction of a third line at the Malomir flotation plant is underway and will further add 1.8Mtpa of capacity from Q1 2022, bringing the combined Group total capacity to 9.0Mtpa.

So plenty of refractory ore, just need to get it processed quicker to utilise the pox hub.

Lawrence13, in my opinion, there is nothing to show whether the new bod care, or don't care about the shareholders.

I would suggest they do care, because the easiest way for them to get their bonuses is to make sure the share price does well, long term.

Updownflat you have no idea whatsoever about what the people employed by the company do, so you are not qualified to determine whether or not the workforce is top heavy or not. You can't compare one company against another because they are totally different.

I have called out the bod and ceo because there has been a distinct lack of dialogue with shareholders, and even when there was it was hidden on the website without the bod having the foresight to advise it was there.

So I am commenting on facts, not guesswork. Now in time, once they get there act together, ( I am hopeful they will ) and this has been a bedding in period.

I still have confidence in the company, but the same hurdles that were in front of us 6 months ago are still there.

I would like to know what the plan is for IRC, TEMI, AND the bond restructuring. They are things which they need to deal with NOW.

As for workforce, as I have not been on sight, I would have no idea whether the existing workforce is the right size for the company. I will make a prediction, That is you have never been there so are not qualified to judge, it is just your usual guesswork.

Lawrence13 its quite simple it needs to be processed before it goes into pox hub, so when 3 are up and running there will be more ore to feed the pox hub.

We have an abundance of the stuff, we just don't have the capacity at present to get it ready for the pox hub.

if you do bed and breakfast by speaking to the broker, it doesn't matter.

If you want to sell then buy back, there will be bigger spread, 2 commissions and bigger risk. You pays your pennies you take the chance.

Madsuh, they have already alluded to the fact that third party ore is not anywhere near as profitable as out own.

In the latest report they say they are focussing on repayment of the pre pay gold. That was probably because it wasn't free, it came at quite a cost. It was never ever classed as debt, but, the reality is, it is debt, and it wasn't cheap.

Lawrence13 they have loads of refractory ore, most of the ore in one of the pits is this kind, the presentation that was on the website alludes to what is being mined at each pit, BUT, it needs processing we only have one processing plant, thats why we are in the process of building 2 more. We can't get enough at the moment to keep the pox hub going, once up and running we should be processing a lot more.

As per the third party concentrate, it did say they didn't have time to sort out all the contracts, they also said third party concentrate was no where near as profitable. So maybe as I have spoken on here many times, we decided we wee not going to pay over the odds for ore ( especially lower grade ore ) and make money for others whilst not making much profit.

We are in a position of strength with the third party ore, and we should only process it on our terms, at a price which is profitable to ourselves.

Madsuh, I am with you on this. The only 3 things I can come up with are.

Yes there is plenty refractory ore out there, but I can only presume that the price they are wanting makes it not commercially viable.

Gazprombank ill not release, or the company don't want to borrow the money to buy this ore.

The directors have a vested interest to keep production low to make themselves look good next year after the second processing plant has been finished and even better in 2022 when the third is completed. Bearing in mind w have capex for building both these and one they are done, HOPEFULLY, That will reduce our capex and markedly increase profits. Especially if the bonds can be refinanced on better terms.

If anyone has investments in direct holdings, then they should really be taking a look at ( I believe ) Sharenicelys post and contact their broker to arrange a telephone sell and buy simultaneously. It normally is cheaper but more importantly the spread is also normally lower.

Lawrence13 before the refractory ore gets to the pox hub it neds to be treated in the processing plant, thats why they are finishing off one in June then doing another for next year. Seemingly, we have an abundance of this type of ore which needs processing.

Never heard anything ridiculous in my life. Buying IRC to increase the share price. As for TEMI we already own 75% of it why wouldn't we want to take full control " at the right price " I am sure Retired Banker would love it if we bought the rest of IRC, bearing in mind, the would be happy to offload for nothing !!!!!
