Freddie2, it was always going to be a long term plan, are we in a better position, massively, because we have an abundance of refractory ore and without the processing and pox hub, it would take 100s of years to enable mother nature to turn it into gold.

Lawrence 13, I agree with you why our own production was down, I suppose it was because they did move from one mine to another.

As for the refectory ore, We do have loads of that, BUT, It needs processed first which is why we are building TWO more processing plants. Then we will be able to produce a lot more.

Third party refractory ore is different, Because thats the stuff we buy in, and Strukhov ( Your Mate ) has an abundance of. But it has been stated in the RNS that it is lower margin.

So, for all those who say Strukhov, is running the show, I would say the facts show otherwise. Because if he as running the show, we would not have a problem buying in third party concentrate.

My take on this, for what its worth, as they were not bothered too much bout low margin stuff, and preferred, to put the resources into getting the second processing plant up and running.

Another interesting fact, is the cash in hand. Only $7.5m, but only because we got some of Marches production paid just after April and after the cut off date.

I bet that will be recorded in the next update, and again make it look so much better than it actually is.

If you looked at the presentations last yea, they were going to be moving into areas and countries we hadn't even touched, so, If, and its always a big, IF, things do continue on the same vein, or even better, share price, will take care of itself.

I still say, This update, is right out of Pavels book of tricks, where they ramp up production at the end of the year, beat forecasts, and tell us how good they are. Time will tell. And lets be honest the forecast isn't anything spectacular. I remember one fourth quarter where production was ramped up, and we did about half this full years forecast.

That until we get some new that will take this higher, then the £7 mark is proving to be one cry big hurdle. We had a rise yesterday to £7.22, but it was reduced wth the UT, and this morning has been taken back to the levels of around the £7 mark again.

I posted over a month ago that £7 was going to be difficult, it did look as if we had cleared it after the update, but as soon as the volumes drop the share price came down with it.

Once we get a good update, hopefully, we can clear this once and for all, and head for £10 plus.

Is that they are getting future borrowings at lower rates, That has to be good news and help us, with the maturity of the bonds rapidly coming towards us.

max19, its not, as I alluded to yesterday, it seems to be up one day at opening, down the next. Strange. !!

Then dropping to settle at about 25.5p, without news or big gold price increase where do people think it will start tomorrow ???

That this weeks trading is exactly the same as last weeks. Yesterday well up at start then dropping to 25p level, today well down at start before settling just below 25p.

Was going to predict that, !!!! Wonder if anyone managed to add at below 24p or whether spread was too high.

The Ordinary Shares referred to above were sold at an average price of 720.5 pence per Ordinary Share and were sold in order to cover part of the tax obligations triggered by the vesting of the shares as announced on 8 April 2021.



As a result, Ofer Druker holds a total of 3,307,876 vested RSUs or Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 2.5 per cent. of the total voting rights. Yaniv Carmi holds a total of 1,419,335 vested RSUs or Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 1.1 per cent. of the total voting rights.

updownflat, you are correct production has reduced, they have given the reason because of lack of concentrate and reflactory rather than non-reflactory.

I still think it could be ramped up if they wanted to, I remember Pavel doing that a couple of years ago late in the year. But on the fact that production is down. You are correct.

updownflat, I honestly think this company will ramp up production from midway 2022 once processing plants up and running and pox hub firing on all cylinders.

I still believe they are downbeat forecasts which will be at a minimum met, and possibly beaten. Time will tell.

Updownflat if you look at the split I think you will find its the non refractory ore, they do not seem to have an abundance of that more the refractory ore which is why they need the extra processing plants and pox hub
