chablard, thanks for the note. I visit iii everyday and enjoy it immensely and gain a lot of knowledge and valuable opinions from it. I have even learned some Latin, come to appreciate poetry, know something of rural life in southern Thailand, boggle at why anyone would call themselves Yellow Throat, and to my great satisfaction recently was that someone wrote "booom" over there on iii before anyone here did. In fact, no-one here did. The prose over there on iii reminds me of my school days at Stonyhurst many many moons ago, I want to stay here though with the few other faithfuls as I quite enjoy it here too and I believe there are a lot of folks that read LSE without posting, and they may need influencing :-)

Gosh, having had a quick look at the REM board it just reinforces how pleasant and civilised it is here. Long may it stay this way. All sorts of talk over there about cyber-bullying etc, wow, doesn't money bring out the worst in people?

Hi Seatrout, With regards to the napkin comment, really you have answered the question rhetorically in your message below this. Really you are betting your money on someone else getting "their fingers .... etc", and you are questioning their motivation and competence in the same message. I should be transparent with my history here from the NVTA days - I lost 99% literally, close to 20K STG. I can't deny that I'm bitter, but I can at the same time see that this is a different company now so I try not to transfer my bitterness unfairly. I do not know Eric. Cheers and GL

Cheers and yes, I have may be 10% of my portfolio in what might be described as high risk ITs, 10% in high risk company shares (AIM stuff, for the adrenaline rush) and the rest in boring funds and some Fixed Income and autocallable notes. My last buy exactly the same as yours, 1 mil at 0.45p. Our resolve will be tested many times before we see the bright side of 4p and then onwards.

Hi Crawley86. Yes, I agree, need news. More than an earth-moving piece of news though, unless it's a hefty new 3rd contract to0 move some more earth (we seem quite adept at shifting soil around the place). I would like either finance news or mine development news. It's time to start on the mine FFS.

Maybe, maybe not. NNRP holders are a hardy type and not easily shaken. Perhaps some newbies might bolt for the door, if you're fortunate, and if they've not researched the opportunity well enough to see that the Rivers is a keeper. IF it does go back down, I will also see it as a top opportunity - possibly the last chance to pay this type of small money. GL to you, I hope we get stinking rich together.

MMs seem to be holing this back despite the buying pressure. They can't hold it much longer IMO. It will rise shortly methinks.

Can't really blame people who bought at 0.35p selling at 0.70p ..... Wish they wouldn't though.

I think there's a stock market regulation that if a share price goes up or down by a certain % the Board is obliged to comment. Are you or anyone familiar with the regulations? I'm not, but I seem to remember this rule. In which case we could have an answer soon.
