From the website. Errr, not very specific. There appear to be no executives or management - only Non-Executive Directors. I guess because there's no activity to execute or manage over. It's dormant. Johnson - coming home, I think so. Could there be a link with ECR? MMs - no idea I'm afraid. I would be surprised is the sp can be manipulated as there's no substantial interest in the company or trading the shares at the moment. MMs need liquidity IMO, to achieve anything. Unless there's something Machievellian that I'm missing.

ADI will provide, in a nutshell, finance to companies that need it which is 90% of the AIM explorers/prospective and producing miners. I do believe the questions is - "can I do better investing directly in the target market?" Often shell companies are used to reverse a private company into as it's quick and cheap as opposed to setting up a listed company from scratch or taking a private company public, but that doesn't seem to be the objective here (which is a pity). That said, we are more than deserving of our valuation today based on the future prospects, in fact all of us here think there's a ways to go yet until we're fairly valued for what we'll be in 18 months - a producing & profitable miner. Give it a couple of weeks for the sellers to clear. All IMVHO.

My POV certainly worth keeping on a watch list and see where it settles, then a speculative buy at the speculative end of a speculative portfoilio. This could settle around 0.08p or even less then it's competing in my view with companies like Paragon (ex Noventa) and Pathfinder for the **** or bust money.

Yes, it gets odder and odder. Nothing seems to have changed though at least known outside of SKR management etc etc. Wait and see I suppose. Hanging on in there.
