Keep in mind that no Board ever said "we're not going to do any deals that add value to anyone but ourselves, we are going to dilute this to hell, and we'll be as evasive as we legally can be". Not saying that is the case here of course, but you don't have to take things at face value especially from total strangers (the BOD). This is not a DAX30 company. No, I don't follow it closely. The reason I dropped in was because PAR (paragon) are showing an interest in African agri business (confirmed today in their RNS and the shares went up 100% - naturally I messed the boat lolol) - and as I was taking a look at that I was remined of my previous and profitable foray into PALM. So I really dropped by out of curiousity. Palm prices & futures are not strong - but PALM seems to have a very desirable and increasingly scarce land bank coming into production shortly. I would have thought at take over target for it's assets if not it's cash flow. They seem to ahve all their ducks in a row.

Yes, he's still on IFL. I got in there at 10p and out at 14p a few years back and was happy to never go back in. He talks good sense, but I don't think he makes much money (like the rest of us lolol). Based on the number "recommended posts" he is very well regarded.

Why do you think pharma? Not minerals/mining? The company website suggests a lean towards mining. Tax loses probably worth in real terms about stg 5-7 million to ADI, discounted from the 20 million if a company were to come and T/O ADI to get their hands on the tax loss?

I would guess that they're a punt of less than stg 2K in total value executed in two trades by a speculating PI. The ones on Friday though look more tasty! This woman will look to off load them for a net 5% in a few days. How's that for telepathy!?

Seatrout, get rid of the source of your anguish and only come back on here once (i.e. one more time) more - to post a message that says something aliong the lines of; "I messed up, I lost a lot of money, and I will not let it happen to me again. I'm a silly, romantic, greedy and stubborn bu&&er". You will feel MUCH better. Take the 10-13K you have (see, you're not broke afterall!) and invest it more wisely or buy your boat back. And, make your own choices mate. And listen to guys like Sage who tried to give you some perspective back in June. Good luck pal.

Hi Seatrout, You ask me to buy shares and then in your next post you list the reasons not to! Reading your list - why on earth would you buy more shares in this company? If I was you I would take 12K of your 13K out of here. And you have EVERY right to be very angry and you the right to press the Board as they work for the owners of the company, and that's you. As for myself my 17K invested in NVTA has become 76 quid and my anger has burned out and I've moved on. Cheers and GL.

Seatrout717, good morning. Please reconsider putting (some) salary in here on top of all you have sacrificed already to be invested in PAR. sence2 is dead right IMO too. It's simples - you can put your money on a different horse. Averagiong down makes no sense unless you know something for sure that this company is significantly under-valued and I mean significantly because "all" AIM share prices don't reflect the true value of the successful companies on AIM and they never will, because of the RISK factor (here it might be national and local politics or being ripped off by a partner) and loose regulation of AIM companies making them prone to all sorts of shenanigans - look at NVTA right under our noses here! You say "I don't think so" in your message below this but I suspect you mean "I don't hope so". As you know I most sincerely wish you all the best. JP
