Look at the sp graph from Nov 20th to today - yes, up and down but a classic trajectory upwards within a reasonable range on a daily basis. I would have to disagree with your statement that it's volatile.

SKR abandoning plans to build its own NP plant then? And just being a supplier of raw material is what you suggest? Not that SKR investors should care that much if the sp rockets and you guys make a fortune. GL and I will try to buy in Monday morning.

The tests reports and design parameters for the front end design are anticipated before year end, and Sunkar plans to complete a feasibility study, with regard to building a plant to produce NP fertilizer during the first half of 2014. The Company will provide an update on further developments of the NP fertilizer granulation project as and when appropriate.

I do wish the persistent and nonsensical selling would stop, it is really holding the SP back. And I mean it is nonsensical unless the seller needs the cash urgently. The story is so good here (it does need to be told a bit better though), that the only trade that makes sense is a BUY trade.

Yes, the support at 108p is out of date, support level needs to move up to 120 - 130p and this should be trading in the 125p to 180p range in 2014 all IMHO.

341 million shares in issue today giving Mcap £15 million. Below I estimate sales of phosphate at £13.2 million plus maybe sell some DAR on top. So I reckon Mcap today is about 1 year sales. So SKR is significantly undervalued, except that SKR still has plant to build to extract the phosphate and make the granules (understand from previous RNS that today's capacity to make powder form is 40 tonnes per day on two production lines). Probably the SP today should be closer to 10p IMO and takeover should be 15 to 20p IMO valuing the company at £45 to £60 million which is peanuts to the big players.

270k tonnes mined in 2 months that's around 2 million tonnes per year depending on the weather. 6% contained mineral. $110 a tonne at listed commodity prices. I haven't got a calculator with me but isn't that 120k x $110 = $13.2 million p.a? Need some lang and some earth moving eat to scrape the resource off the ground. Total Mineable material 1.1 Billion tonnes (2012 RNS resource upgrade). Am I close?
