stuzeeuk, I have spent some time checking out BRFI and decided today to put 15K stg in for the long haul.

Another big top up here for me today. This one will provide steady capital growth and income IMO, as it has done for me the last few years.

Am sticking 10K STG in BRFI.

He has promised to hold elections by the end of 2015. With the protests that crippled parts of Bangkok over, consumer confidence in July hit an 11-month high. On Monday, the assembly rubber-stamped the junta's 2015 budget bill. But tourism, which accounts for about a 10th of Thailand's economy, is struggling: the number of foreign visitors in July fell 10.9 percent from a year earlier, according to data from the Department of Tourism.

It's probably close to bottom now, but it's just not liquid enough for me. I can only see the news getting better but the PI community seem to have lost interest and trading is a few trades a day. It needs some promo JP

3 month share chart shows very bullish here. It keeps going up, basically! JP

I guess investors in ANW are buying for the longer term and ignore the a daily movements of the SET. And selling based on better opportunities elsewhere or need for cash. I remain confident in ANW through political thick and thin - in other words the good health of the companies in the ANW portfolio. IMO the political and economic climate is improving within Thailand, and with Thaksin clan on the way out maybe internationally too.

If those really are buys being reported this morning at 0.72p then it must surely be getting close to top up territory. JP

My strategy has been buying smallish tranches on the dips as best as I can time them. I would agree with you that the sp may retreat a bit form here and there will be more opportunities to top up. Overall though I'm getting a bit heavy into NRRP and getting close to my nervous tolerance level! I will rate it a strong buy after resource upgrades and all licenses done and dusted, until then a speculative buy IMO. If Mr.Shali, the driller buys more, I will follow suit.

Hahaha, the really early birds (me and few other mentionables) have been averaging down from 3.5p over the last few years. What you really mean is that it's all about TIMING :-))
