BTW sometimes these large houses holdings are nominee accounts i.e. Clients holdings show up as, for instance, JP Morgan or Skandia Life etc. on PLC shareholder's holdings lists but it may not be them instructing the buying, but a large client, for instance a wealthy individual.

The DFS is around 10-14 days later than forecasted by the MD. This DFS is expected to be good but not great, as the MD has stated that the company will build on it, hopefully adding to the resource during the interim period between this DFS and the start of mining. That's as I understand it. There seems to be a build up of frustration that the DFS is "late" which is understandable as the MD has been very reliable and this is a first broken promise so to speak. Bigger news to come will be drilling results and financing IMO.

The Mining Opportunities Fund is very small, and apparently unprofitable. Yesterday I posted an article I found on the BRWM bb saying the same. Phew! Thailand - not a great situation. BTW I get my Thai news from the Bangkok Post on- line, it's quite good too. The SET has progressed nicely over the last 2 months despite news and opinions such as the one you posted (thanks for posting). I think the Russian crises isn't helping either - a big chunk of the tourists come from Russia and the CIS, especially on the Eastern Seaboard. When I stay in Jomtien, where I have a house, it's like little Moscow or little Tashkent. They are very well behaved though.
