I agree with you, but that is only to keep SKR a going concern. And at dilution to other stakeholders. What does it take now to turn it into a profitable business? Licenses, mining CAPEX, DAP plant expansion CAPEX, exchange rate headwinds, off take agreements. Just being realistic. All IMO and I may be completely wrong.

Well with this the company doesn't look investible anymore; "Accordingly, as a result of ongoing operating losses and lack of clarity regarding its prospects and access to funding, the Company faces significant financial uncertainty."

SPAC aren't going to wave goodbye to their sunken funds, but at what cost to existing shareholders? The resource is still there chaps, waiting for someone to scrape it off the surface and sell it on. Will it be SKR? And of so what will the equity split look like? Who will be in the driving seat?

RNS Feb 20th right at the bottom, says 'early April', not specifically April 1st. Please take a look at that RNS. I also cannot find a reference to April 1st.

I am thinking that the share price will be diluted at some point fairly soon to raise cash from new investors. So it will be harder work to get to the same share price, the dizzy heights of over 50p, but you will have a company able to invest in the capital assets needed ( mostly room stock). It is a pity that was't done at 14-15p,the sp is down 25%-ish. April 1st results should confirm the turnaround with no surprises and the sp could get a boost, then the dilution may come (I say may come). Good luck

I would say wait for closer to 10p but don't take my word for it. But that means that 11.5p is not a bad price. The company market cap is too low at anything under 14-16p IMO, which I have said before.

This either slows down decision making and grinds us down ......... or it funds us up, strengthens us politically and North River is the next Rio Tinto! We have been very nimble so far, let's hope that continues with a Taurus exec on the Board.

In consolation, there are examples of companies coming out of suspension in a much stronger position than they went in. What is particularly concerning here though is a) there is no wealthy backer in the background b) the board seem to lack integrity (a basic sense of duty to investors vs themselves) and c) the value of their deal making to date wouldn't buy my front garden which shows a lack of ambition or wherewithall. Examples of companies that have gone into suspension and come out better are NRRP and SKR. Both these have powerful backers and are well connected finaincially and politically. An example of a company that went into suspension as it went into administration and never came out is, the big loser, Angel Mining.

ST, to answer you first question: I'm fine thanks. Another win for Liverpool has me dreaming of a Premier a League title. Nice day here in Germany and I did a super 5 mile cross country run this afternoon, followed by a delicious Thai curry my wife made us. So all in all, good. Hi ST, I'm in with my now £50 worth. There is no safety in numbers. You know I think you should try to get out of here. However, with your holding being so big it will be difficult now for the MMs to find a buyer or multiple buyers. Your best chance, if you want to get out, is to try to sell the shares to the current major holders in a negotiated private deal. You should contact the NOMAD. There again, you have shown your commitment by your actions and may well elect to see this through to the (possibly bitter) end. I hope it sky rockets for you.

No one involved in the senior management of NVTA or PAR have ever given a monkey's chuff for shareholders. It's about their own pockets ONLY.

My guess is that new shares are going to the driller as he wanted paying in shares.
