Could I add to the many other comments my appreciation for your efforts on this.

I wasn't that surprised that the submission has been declined but not for the reasons given.

On https://customerthink.com/do-you-actually-need-a-wikipedia-page-for-your-business/ it states

"If you’re looking for a Wikipedia business page, your business must be notable. This means your business must be well known for its products, services or innovation".

It is difficult to see how an early stage company like Scancell without products or services could ever qualify.

I had a look at this "example" of how it should be done and I could see little difference in this and the draft Scancell page.

Even using TDs really conservative success percentages, there is a better than even chance that one will work.

The SP is simply the perceived value of the company divided by the number of shares in issue.
Currently there are over 800 million shares in issue and the SP is 12.75p. These are indisputable facts.
Therefore the perceived value of the company today is no higher than it was 10 years ago. Doesn't anyone think that is odd given that in those 10 years we have more cash, more products, more trials, more endorsements etc etc?

No, not confused at all. In 2012 the SP ranged from 9p to 60p and there were 224m shares issued. So depending on what figure you choose you can show todays mcap is lower higher or the same. It's just pointless number juggling.

I don't have a problem with an SP rise on good news or even no bad news. It was the drop for no apparent reason that I struggled with.

Yes, SCLP are in a much better position cash wise than 10 years ago.

I don't think we should get too hung up about the market cap 10 years ago - the peak was not for that long so I think it is probably better to say the market cap today is about the sale as 2012. Which I course given the progress and cash is ridiculous.

Just offering a different perspective to the "Richard Goodfellow did a fantastic job for 10 years managing to avoid a deal" mentality.

Maybe Scancell have bought their ball to the table but it was plastic and had a puncture? They need to take a hand-stitched regulation leather one to have a chance.

1 Scancell share = 13.25p
1 portion of chips = 220p.
So definitely cheaper.
The comparison to a raw potato is not quite as relevant as this does not factor in the labour required to peel, cut and cook them, the cost of oil, energy to heat the oil, the labour to wrap and serve and the cost of wrapping and salt and vinegar (optional).
The highest price ever for SCLP was a quarter of a bag of chips in 2012.
I will work on a chip/sclp index tracker if you feel it may be useful in making investment decisions?
Note: I'm not absolutely sure what the chip price was in 2012 so we may have been as high as half a bag of chips.

Text in blue is simply that the OS recognises it as a hyperlink and should work. One problem is that they don't go blue while editing so you don't know it has worked until AFTER you have posted.
On ADVFN, hyperlinks are recognised and shown blue. However, ADVFN policy is to prohibit links so don't work unless you disguise them in some way hTTps rather than https seems to work. 51266 does work.

Just to be clear, I am all for collaborations. Different parties can enhance the knowledge pool or supply products that are synergistic.
My comments were make in the context of Scancell and BioNTech and specifically around a "universal" Covid19 vaccine. No one so far has explained where there may be synergy between a DNA approach and an mRNA approach justifying the "perfect fit" suggestion.
