I'm not sure the CLNs are "priced in". TD value SCLP at 29p per share and 24p "fully diluted", ie, pricing in the CLNs. We are a long way off 24p!

I make it that the shares in issue will increase from 815M to 985M. Assuming the MC remains constant the SP would be 10.76p
Of course, a lot can happen between now and 2025 so it is very unlikely the MC will remain at £106M.
So for example, if we made it to £1 and RM converted the CLN's we would drop from £1 to 83p.

It doesn't actually. Look at what Seagen have had to spend to get there - $1.5B in just one year. Where's that sort of money going to come from? - further investment, aka dilution. I think £1 pound would be a good result.

Yes, they do have approved products and these generate $1.5Billion in income annually. Interestingly, further income came from fines for patent infringement. Their research and development costs an eye-watering $1.3 Billion per year!

My point is you CAN'T make comparisons for the very reasons people have stated.
Try and read the words more carefully rather than jump to (incorrect) conclusions.

So Merck are paying $40B for a company with a market cap of $34B - a 20% premium.
I do hope you are not trying to draw comparisons with Scancell. I would be most unhappy with 15.6p a share.

Yes very much so. I guess being a research scientist, professor of immunology head of both an academic and commercial organisations does give her a bit of a head start!
So a couple of important things IMO:
1) stay ahead of the curve - look what happened to Kodak and Nokia to name just two
2) capitalise on being ahead

Great science leads to great products that lead to great data that leads to great deals.

Therefore
No data, no GREAT deals. There may be deals but no great ones. If you believe in the science and products you will wait for the data to get the great deals (as are Scancell. Redmile, Vulpes and other Canny investors)

If you believe in the company and its science you will understand the irrelevance of the current share price.
Keep the faith.
