This morning it took me a dozen attempts to buy 3 lots of 100k shares.

Just bought in and hope to hold long term and add as funds allow.

When I bought into these originally 2-3 years ago it was for £2+. I know I’m not going to get that back but if it was valued at that then. WELL!

Expected, but another month of uncertainty or another month for the BOD to get a better deal?

If it was more than a real one, which would you have?

I do not believe that an equality rises will be required but to have a bit of fun I’ll say

With a dilution you will always get a drop in the SP to the placing value as it will reflect the MCAP divided by the new number of shares.
This however will set a new floor level for the SP.

What the investor needs to know is the other detail in the RNS.
As other posters will say it’s all positive.
I see a climb in SP after this initial drop

Well back to the business we are all here for. To make money.

As a purely a mature onlooker I’ve been following the Elliot Waves debate. I love it.
However I’m not confident in my own predictions.All I’ve managed so far at a higher view is t recognise a few of the waves.
Wave a at the moment. I think.
Anyway we will pick this up later after the first couple of hours trading.

Don’t forget that EVs are not the only market for nickel.
stainless steel has increasing demand
Powerwalls
And a few more all of which will still require more nickel than the projected supply.

Just shows what I know. I thought they were over priced at $800.
Now they are $1700 and going to have a 5 for 1 stock split which will drive the value up more.

I think we are in a holding pattern until the big event in December.
I can’t see any tangible agreements until then.
The only possibility would be some announcement on a proposed revenue stream utilising the monies just raised. However I don’t think that will be major.
All IMO without any facts whatsoever so most probably I’m talking rubbish. It’s a slow day today.

As a long term investor I’m also fearful of missing out on opportunities. I did try a couple of day trades with mixed results. I’ve also tried short term investments over a week or month again with mixed results. I’ve also had multi year investments again with mixed results.

The conclusion I’ve come to is.
Have your own strategy for your money.
Do lots of research and then do some more.
Define your entry and exit points (profit and loss)

DON’T let others get your money.

Agreed. This just shows the confidence they have in Hzm.
Such a large debt facility on current map and without any giving them any of our assets/shares.
That’s got to value the company at $500 million

On a review many years ago Jeremy Clarkson when reviewing breaks compared different cars breaking distances. The conclusion was that the better quality cars when breaking from 100 mph far out performs any other Standard car. I’m sure the breaks on the DBX are excellent.
